I was looking for a outdoor storage shed. Called with their SKU in hand. The woman handling the phone expertly checked on inventory, it said they had 3, she put me on a brief hold to contact an associate and physically check that it was in stock, also took my name and set the unit aside. She told me to visit the customer service desk on the way into the store. I did just that, paid, went around back to load. Box was larger than my Subaru wagon, the men loading promptly asked if was OK to open the box and load the individual pieces. Bingo, off and running. Everyone I encountered at this store was beyond helpful, I wish our home was just around the corner, not 40 minutes away....Thanks for such a splendid experience

A very, very nice hardware store. If I'm not mistaken this used to be an Orchard Supply Hardware. This ACE has retained a lot of the great traits of OSH... you can find quirky home goods and decor, random food and drink items, and even some apparel inside a very well-stocked hardware store. The BBQ and grill equipment selection is also very, very good.

Really wonderful store with a great selection of grilling equipment and supplies. The atmosphere is more pleasant and inviting than the competing big box hardware stores. The nursery is also nice as well.

New place so the staff isn't yet fully trained or very handy themselves to make suggestions. However, they are helpful and available.

Nice selection of items and smaller format than big stores so that is nice. They don't accept contactless payment though which is a bummer.

Prices are a bit higher but then there are some coupons one can find.

I love the vibe of this location. I had an emptiness in my heart from losing OSH and they filled it by hiring the former members of OSH from SV and Mountain View. That was awesome about the former stores and I am excited to see familiar faces. 😊

Great variety in this store, similar to OSH so I will definitely be shopping here instead of the Big Box hardware and garden stores.

Thank you Ace for bringing back a community oriented store under a new brand. I am excited to shop for plants again.

Find the helpful hardware folks first and then ask them where those thingamajigs can be found or play a game of charades so they can give name to what you're specifically looking for. They might respond Little Mermaid style: "I've got gadgets and gizmos a-plenty
I've got whozits and whatzits galore. You want thingamabobs?
I've got twenty!"
Walk the daily Fitbit steps in this humongous store in search of a tiny package of glass glue, or n95 mask, or dowel. For an extra hour visit the garden nursery for native grass or white lavender potted plants. If it's on the to do list, they probably have it.

Big store, everything you can expect for a hardware store and more…like the amazing frozen pies!!!

Knowledgeable staff with smiles. Helped me locate exactly what I needed and showed me how to make it work. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Lots of parking.

Nice large Ace- one of the biggest I've been to lotta friendly staff in there - it’s more like a small Home Depot but the lot more items and easier to find what you need.
Prices are same as with any other ace. Easy access off the freeway

Small enoufh to find what you need, and well stocked enough to have it!

Nice hardware store with a neighborhood feel. Get keys made by another human, all the paint, electrical, screws/nails/tools you need for that house project, and a nice nursery besides!

There's even a section with greeting cards and got type items. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, without feeling like they were hovering.

I will definitely be back. I just moved across town, so I will likely be back SOON!

They had all the stuff I needed, and the staff was very friendly and able to help me find what I needed.

We need a faucet aerator adapter from 13/16 to 15/16. The shop doesn’t (didn’t) have this specific adapter but the staff was super helpful and helped me confirm the diameter of the aerator I have, using a panel (see photo)

The staff here are very knowledgeable to answer your questions. They are polite and always smiling.

Very good customer service! They're busy all the time ,if no customers, I see people that work there cleaning and stocking products. They know what they're doing. I dont feel that at Lowe's, Home Depot. You may have to wait for help however it's because they're so busy...its with it! The sales associates, cashiers, and management are all willing to help, j uh st be patient and look around. Excellent store!!!

Very clean store and nearly every time I’ve been in there has been an employee there to greet and help with any questions. Not as large a selection as some other warehouse/home improvement stores but the quality of service more then makes up for it.

Ample parking, friendly and helpful paint staff, and well-stocked shelves make for a pleasant shopping experience. The staff here are here to assist with no pressure to buy. Worth a visit, and reasonably convenient from 101, though when leaving, the southbound entrance to 101 is a very short merge!

Ace hardware has put in protective shields. They are brilliant and well done.. Thank you Ace for protecting your employees. Thank employees for wearing masks.

Felix is such a great help many times I've shopped here and he has been there each time to help. Whether it's lifting heavy bags of concrete or assisting me to find the right tool. He is always kind, respectful, and will try til we find what I need. I've witnessed him treat many other customers with the same kindness and respect. He is a great worker and very driven. Thank you Felix for always helping with a smile see you soon I'm sure.
