Great place to buy things for cheap but you do have to look for good deals they are not always right in front of you.

My favorite store always stocked up with stuff and I love people that work there very friendly and helpful. I give it a 10.

After an unreal interaction at the Sunnyvale Ross (see my negative review of that store for Part 1 of the saga) I went to this Ross where my faith and customer service was restored! The woman at the register was so kind and helpful and understanding that my frustration was instantly alleviated. She bent over backwards to do everything she could do to make the situation right. If I were in charge I would give her a raise! She understands and values the importance of listening to the customer, treating the customer with respect, and offering the best possible solution! She was able to take back the shoes that had fallen apart and gave me store credit which I used immediately to buy my son new shoes. I asked if I could use the store credit at any Ross and she said that I could because all Ross stores are connected, contrary to what the Sunnyvale store had told me! I cannot say enough positive things about this Ross and the wonderful customer service I received. As frustrated as I was leaving the Sunnyvale Ross, I left the Mountain View Ross feeling relieved, rejuvenated, and most importantly, respected. Thank you for that, Mountain View Ross!

I love this store. I visited this place last week, there are a lot of items you can find here. The store manager, Gwen she helped me to find my stuff that I want. She is very nice person. She listened me careful to make sure which one I want so she can find them for me. The store is very crowded, everyone super busy but still smile to talk to customers at the cashier.

I went in 3 weeks ago looking for a gift for a friend I found his favorite Cologne there at a great price and I couldn't believe how much or difference it makes when you're a Ross and get the same thing in the sales and department store and saves 75% I also like the division of dvs too that's another great place to get low cost big boy clothes

My favorite place to shop with $130 bucks I always come out with 4 pairs of nice shoes and few jeans.

It's a nice, clean location. A little light on inventory, but that happens at all of them from time to time. Quiet shopping later since they're open until 11 and most people probably don't know they are.

A good place to come and buy clothing or luggage if you need it, and the prices are very good. We had driven down to the area with my sister, and she needed to fly back home sooner than expected. Obviously she wasn't packed for the flight home, and Ross had a great selection of luggage at excellent prices. We were able to pick out some nice duffle bags and suitcases with wheels. She changed her mind after purchasing one duffel bag, and was able to go inside and immediately return it and exchange it for a different one she liked better instead. The staff was friendly and had no problems accommodating her. I'll definitely be back here if I'm in the area needing any sort of clothes, duffel bags or luggage.

I love this Ross because every time I go there I find something. It is a not their biggest shop, but it is brightly lit and we'll organized. They do not make you wait to enter the fitting rooms. Parking is not a problem either.

I went in today hoping to find another hanging fabric shoe rack to put in my closet. Bought 1 last year and wish I had gotten 2. So...Ross had them again! Not the same color but the price was right. I also found a cute lightweight big floppy hat to protect my ridiculously pale skin. And coconut water to rehydrate. Yay Ross!!!

This Ross was very clean and the clothes was in perfect condition! Found tons of gems: Cool Adidas hoodies, t-shirts and some very nice Nike t-shirts! All for low prices. (20%-60% off from department store prices from what I have seen).

When I walked in I was greeted by the security, it made me feel welcome. I like the way the clothes are sorted, my favorite is the "active" section, and they also have many Button-ups to choose from.

Ross has you covered for every occasion with the latest looks and top brands for men and women. Definitely shopping here again soon!

It's lit at Ross. I bought a Guess Jacket only for $40!! Later that day I flipped that $40 into $150!!! There's tons of expensive brands for the low. You just got to keep you're eyes peeled! Happy shopping folks :)

Came here for a bunch of random things such as a bowtie, wine glasses, and cup coasters, and I was able to find everything I was looking for at affordable prices. The layout of the store is fairly straightforward. It is also open late on weekdays, which was super helpful.

Spent 3 hrs there. Need i say more.. thanks Ross for the therapy session. 😅
