Always like coming here for more specialty foods. Have a rough time getting blueberries and avocado aty local grocery store. Always good here.

I’m happy we finally have a Whole Foods in Portsmouth. The store is large and clean. They offer the typical Whole Foods set up of local produce, cheese counter, meat counter, seafood counter, fresh baked goods, buffet style take out food, deli, and pizza. And they have plenty of indoor seating for eating. I was very pleased with the amount of locally farmed selections at the store. If you like cheese, this store has a ton of it and in all different styles. The butcher offers fresh grass fed beef, which is great. This location has a self bread slicer for fresh loaf bread. My last Whole Foods did not and I had to go to the bakery counter to slice. The store also sells flowers near the entrance. I took lots of pictures I’ll attach in case I missed anything (and since the store is new.)

Overall, the prices are on the higher side, but you can find a deal here and there, especially for specialty items for restricted diet options like vegan and gluten-free that aren’t typically sold at other grocery chains. They have prime member deals and sales that also bring the cost of some items down, so look out for those.

The staff were very friendly and the shelves were well stocked. The store was quite busy both times I shopped. It could be because it just opened, but be warned. This location offers a self checkout option. Overall, a great new Whole Foods to shop at - 4.5 stars

I Love Love Love the Chantilly Cake. A bit pricey for my taste so it's only for special occasions or a bakery treats addiction lol.
Services, too pricey, but Delicious.
Not to fond of the prepared foods section and each and every time I go in there, the bloody Salad & Soup bars are ransacked, sloppy, messy and not Once have I seen them restocked, tidy, clean, fresh items. Oh Boy I could go on.

Step up your Game Already. It's been over A year I've been shopping here And never have been able to prepare myself a fresh salad.
Well now, the make up, lotions, health and beauty basically has a wonderful selection of countless items. Love, Love it.
This location has the best self check out in the region.

A great new store for all of your grocery shopping needs. Although it’s a bit smaller than other Whole Foods in NH and ME, it has just about everything you’ll need. Things are layer out well and everyone is happy to help you find what you’re looking for.

Prices are too high for your day to day items but they have a lot of niche products that make it worth the trip because you won't find them elsewhere. Also, their baked goods are the best of all the grocery stores.

Wonderful location and always spotless and neat. Great selection of quality items. This is situated in a very nice plaza. Visit Whole Foods in Portsmouth!

Got my daughters 22ND BIRTHDAY 🎂 here. They are delicious!! Went through self check out. I have a frozen shoulder on my right arm. One girl told me to lift the cake up, JENNY SAVED MY DAY!! I HONESTLY APPRECIATE YOU SOOO MUCH! THANK YOU JENNY! ❤

I love whole foods for my oysters they have a good selection from at least 4 local states fresh and fair priced

When there is a Whole foods in the area I know I am all set as far as clean food goes.

Great overall selections of all your general foods everything is fresh and well displayed store is very clean and well-maintained they have buffets with fresh food available along with the deli very nice shopping experience...

1st time to WF and I was jettisoned to a fond memory of Bildner's in Hingham, Mass.
Definitely will come back here. Having staff at the self checkout stationed there was awesome.

Well maintained with good selections. Best produce around. Lately understaffed, with random empty shelves and nearly all the carts still in the parking lot.

Recently the hot bar declined for awhile especially for vegan options. I was coming everyday until I had to give up. I visited today and whoever you recently hired is doing a fantastic job!!! Vegan meatballs, fish filets and Mac and cheese. At 12pm when I visit it’s always full of great options. Amazing thank you! I will be going back to regular visits for lunch now!!!! Yum

I've never been to one! Only had a few minutes to shop had other things to do. I needed hair conditioner found some great products for my hair and a few other items! I love the place and only checked out 25% of the store. I did spend $82.00 and loved what I got. There is more to explore I'm going back! Really cool place!

The best whole foods in Portsmouth! A whole section just for produce. The chicken tiki masala with lemon rice is legit.

Whole Foods Market floral department is simply amazing!! I have had the pleasure of working with Beth (Portsmouth, NH-floral designer)several times. Many arrangements have been made, from wedding to funeral pieces. All have been beyond beautiful. Beth always reached out when she was unable to get certain flowers based on what the supplier was able to supply to the store. The quality is above what you would normally get in a supermarket, lasting more than a week! MOST AMAZINGLY IS THAT WHOLE FOODS FLORAL DOES NOT CHARGE FOR THE DESIGNS, YOU PAY THE COST FOR THE FLOWERS!! Private floral shops charge double what Whole Foods Market floral charges and the quality is superb.
I always go to Whole Foods Market for floral arrangements and fresh cut flowers over a privately owned floral shop.

What an outstanding place to go and shop. I love how you walk in and the smell of flowers and fruits hit you right off as you walk in. Everything looks so fresh. The selection is amazing and is throughout the entire store. As you walk through the smells of cheese and the bakery and other areas have you wanting to try everything they have. I tried some of the foods out of the hot case and absolutely loved the chicken and turkey. I highly recommend checking this store out and need to go back and check it out more.
