Vons

I stopped by this Vons store while waiting for a pizza place across the street to open. I wanted to get some flour tortilla and salsa for when I make quesadillas so it worked out. I prefer parking at this Vons over where the pizza place is at because it has a private lot. I found my tortilla easily but I didn't find the salsa I wanted so I got another brand. There a Starbucks inside this Vons but they don't have a lot of options for drinks. This Vons also has a self checkout station but there only like 5 station. The line was backing up so I went to a cashier station after they open a new one since they saw the line. The employees are nice and approachable it you need help.

I have never left a grocery store feeling genuinely happier because of the staff inside of it, until I started coming here. Everyone that I encounter at this location is always friendly and helpful, going above and beyond at every opportunity. 10/10- love this Vons!

Vons (and their big brother Pavillions) are very big fish in a very big pond. They combine excellent service, competitive prices, and home delivery in a beautiful ballet of food supply. Here in Los Angeles, that is quite a statement to make. If you are lucky enough to reside with one nearby, you know you've made it; and, if you make it here... well, you know the rest. Live, love, and eat, baby.

How am I in love with grocery store sushi? This place has amazing sushi, that is something I’ve never said. The quality of the sushi alone warranted this review. Grabbed a couple of rolls headed to The Bowl and was completely surprised and impressed.

Once a week I get a sandwich from the deli here for lunch. The deli staff is always nice, attentive, and carefully construct the sandwich so you never get a messy, hard to hold one which I really appreciate. Despite how full the shared parking lot is, it's usually not too busy mid day and check out is fast and easy.

UPDATE: Unfortunately less than a month after I posted this they have inexplicably decided to remove the deli. They now only have a small selection of premade sandwiches that are a pale version of the ones the staff made to order.

This is centrally located in Studio City. Helpful staff, reasonable pricing for basic grocery shopping. It has a nice little Bakery. Cakes can be ordered few days in advance. Small Starbucks is located inside the store.

The manager ELISA was disrespecting this young lady name Ashley & The Manager ELISA keeps disrespecting this young lady Ashley by napping her fingers and telling her to hurry up it in a rude & disrespectful manner ‼🚨 Advice Human Resources of this company Vons ..🚨ASAP & the manager ELISA ‼the white lady get her fired 🚨‼she keeps treating his angel very bad please help her she doesn’t want to speak for her self 🚨‼

The most delicious store-bought strawberry cheesecake.
They have this end cap with variety of new products and I got me Maui onion apple bacon jam that tastes like heaven. Love the new things I can try!

Hey! This Vons has stepped up. They're inventory is so much better and they're well stocked.
I know times are hard right now.
Folks be patient with them. Lines can get long. There is a staff shortage but the food is there. Be grateful!

Can't find anything! Don't even have chicken noodle soup! Or any vegan food! You're on your own baby in this place! Enough said!! Remember have a dime for a paper bag they won't just give it to you

I come to Studio City a couple of times a year to house sit for my cousin. This Vons store is so convenient, there is plenty of parking that is easily accessible. The store itself is not too big, I'm able to find everything I need easily. I love it!

Love this Vons! Prefer over Ralphs anyday!
The parking is pretty good.
But..it's the people that work at this Vons that make a difference.
Always cheerful and friendly, helpful.

Today, especially the customer service was wonderful!

In particular, the very nice gentleman at the deli department.
He was so cheerful and kind..really made my day!

Cathy (a manager)is the best, she goes out of her way to help you and keep you happy. I also like Edgar( a manager) and Regina all really nice people. They keep the store very clean too and spray the carts for safe useage. Love all these guys at Von"s THANK YOU ALL

Their 3.99 mushroom salad dishes are a steal!! Kombucha selection is not bad, love the sushi to go. I also got all the ingredients needed to make some home made kimchi 🥰 great service too.

Ariana at the Sandwich/Deli station was beyond nice. Friendly and helpful after a day at work, she made the best sandwich in Studio City for me. Love this place and the people

Employees at this location are super friendly and the store is kept super clean. The fried chicken tastes better at this deli counter than other Vons in my opinion.

Nice employees and there seems to be a lot more care and the smaller market than there is in the Hollywood in the West Hollywood markets or the Beverly hills for that matter the people over here in the valley location are very kind and the store is very well run and very well put together and I really enjoyed my experience here I'm going to try and go here out more often even though it's not close to home. Edit: Much nicer employees, far better organization than the Pavillions and Vons stores on the other side of the hill. Still, ALBERTSONS has ruined the once unique and friendly stores they have taken over. The choices and selection of goods is far minimized and this store is much more expensive than Ralphs.

This is, by far, my favorite grocery store in the area. Everytime I walk in, the grocers are always friendly and willing to help! Jeannette goes out of her way to greet me with a smile, and she always manages to put a smile on my face as I'm checking out. It's my favorite way to end the day.

Sensational flower selection!

I went about 10am, the store was clean and fully stocked. The employees were super helpful and kind.
