Had such a great experience just now I asked one question about a product and three different employees Tried to assist and help me. Wow that’s a first !!keep up the good customer service guys and the manager was involved too lol. We came to Ralph's, to shop while visiting from out of town. It pays to have a Ralph's shopping card. My wife and I ALWAYS have problems loading apps. I'm sorry I didn't get the employee's name. A young Hispanic guy that works in all areas of the store. He helped us not once, not twice but three different times. Being in a different store and not your home state, shopping the week of Thanksgiving. This guy went above and beyond his call of duty to help us. I'm so sorry I couldn't remember his name. The store was crowded with shoppers, and each time I went back to him he helped me without a frown.
He's an asset to Ralph's supermarket chain. We were there around 10am. We went back around 1700hrs, and he was still putting in the work. Thank you Ralph's for hiring these type of employees. The cashier's were very helpful also. HAPPY THANKSGIVING & THE COMING HOLIDAYS.

I drove my Uncle for shipping. I found a great variety and bought all that he needed. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was a enjoyment to shop.

They've got a friendly staff, the store is well kept and stocked. It's also a great place to find plenty of deals.

I walked into the store today and was having trouble finding a few things I asked a worker for help and he was so kind to me his name was nick or Nicholas and he helped me find everything I needed ! We need more workers like him 😊

Nickolas is a great worker he’s literally famous I can’t believe I saw him working here he needs a raise and he’s good looking! 10/10

Went down to L.A. for a few days to celebrate the holidays and wanted to get some groceries so I wasn't eating out three times a day. One of the few stops I made that had adequate parking and friendly staff. It's nice that my Fry's food account works here too.

What I appreciate the most about this Ralph's is the self check-out is always open. Plus there prices are better than Vons and Stater Brothers, especially with regards to the club card or their promotions.

Friendly neighborhood store. I usually walk here since it's the closet store to me. They have a hot food section in the front and a fish butcher in the back. Prices are reasonable

They are always helpful and I find fresh fruits and vegetables. I also like their seafood department

Nice options of different foods

Store is being renovated. I am always able to find what I need, but the store is a mess ( even before renovations began ). Employees are unconcerned and usually carrying on personal conversations and ignoring customers. I gave it a 5 because the most important thing for me is a well stocked store with fresh ingredients. That is something they do have.
