I will forever dream of the tuna lettuce wraps. they were so good and flavorful with the perfect amount of spice! my steak was pretty much unseasoned so I asked for salt. the vegetables were good along with the vinaigrette. my mom's burrito bowl was delicious! We got dessert but I didn't really care for the blueberry crumble. My drink was the pomegranate seltzer! It wasn't very sweet but was good nonetheless.

One of my favorite places for a long time. Good wholesome food, friendly staff. Open kitchen section where you can see the action happening... Convenient parking ( parking garage 7 or 8), free for the first 90 minutes. And they have a happy hour, weekdays 3-6pm.

Took myself on a solo date night after shopping and I had a delicious salmon with brussel sprouts. Service was great and the food was very high quality. I love True Food’s mission to use healthy ingredients. I’ll be back and bring friends.

Fantastic food! Great service! Healthy food options! And delicious gluten free vegan cookies! The people who work here are great and always super sweet. We had a small takeout order issue recently and the manager Zeta was so incredibly thoughtful and kind in helping us get everything fixed quickly. She went so far above and beyond, which was super appreciated. The food and friendly staff converted us, we're True Food Kitchen customers for life.

OMG! I’m a Montrealer who’s used to really good vegan food, but this place was amazing. Their vegan selection is amazing, from vegan cheese burgers (made from beets but yet tastes like a real burger), to vegan Ice cream. I’d honestly say if you are visiting Santa Monica you should absolutely visit True food kitchen. The service here was amazing the waiters are so kind. If you do come visit I recommend getting their vegan double cheese burger (they come with either vegetables or potato’s but I recommend the vegetables), and definitely try out their pizzas (been here twice in the span of a week and still craved these items). Last little remark I am also someone who has severe stomach issues but their food did not bother me at all.

Very easy to find options with dietary restrictions. I am vegetarian and my friend dairy-free and gluten free and we were able to share. We had the gluten free blueberry pancakes but swapped the Greek yogurt to coconut whipped cream, and for huevos rancheros got the cheese on the side. Last time another friend and I shared the brunch tower although not everything was vegetarian on it. Kale-aid was a good size, I expected it to be small but it was the same regular glass like the water and wasn’t too spicy at all. I’ve had the margherita pizza in the past too and it was delicious, but didn’t care for the market veggies.

True Food is my go-to when visiting a large US city. I have followed Dr.Weil for 8 years and am thankful for his courage to enter the restaurant market and answering the call for whole food dining. The food is responsibly sourced and made with care. The favours are exceptional and I loved every bite! Highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious experience!

Great healthy food for a good price for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We’ve been here a couple times and the service varies, can be great and can be ok.

The food doesn’t taste too salty and it tasted just right. Also, you could find lots of healthy ingredients in menu.

Everything is whole foods, and really well made.

No processed ingredients whatsoever.

I highly recommend the quinoa bowl and the hummus.

Fantastic options to choose from. Enjoyed my meal! I recommend the Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl, I added on tofu which tasted great. I also had a wonderful pink lemonade. I highly recommend.

I also had a slice of pizza and it was really tasty! Everyone really enjoyed their foods! They even have gluten free pizza is yummy!

Bright and casual lunch spot. We ate here after doing a little shopping at the mall where this place is located.

They have excellent espresso drinks and a wide variety of beers and other alcoholic bevs.

I went to see Barbie today, took all kinds of beautiful photos, and then found this restaurant. The temperature by the sea is really comfortable. I ordered salmon, burgers, and children's pasta.

I got the pesto pasta and I loved it. I took the photo almost at the end of my meal. It was a good size meal. They also offer some very good non-alcoholic (and alcoholic) drinks which we very much enjoyed.
Edit: we went back with a group of friends and I had another great experience. I added two more photos.

Wow! Everything we ate was a melody in the mouth. As a first time to this chain, we were treated with a small tomato soup that was simply the best I have ever tasted. I followed up with a charred cauliflower that had such flavour added. Then a lemony kale salad that was delicious. For desert we shared a flowerless chocolate cake that was scrumptious. Devonna our server made great suggestions and was a real treat. Bravo! Wished this chain was everywhere. Food that is farm to fork and unbelievably delicious

If you are ever in the Santa Monica area please stop by True Food Kitchen. The food is amazing, clean and fresh. You taste the freshness in every bite. The customer service is great and every team member has a great attitude and love to be of service. They also make great recommendations if you are a little indecisive on what to get. Steve is one of the mangers at True, he is very personable and makes sure his customers get a great dine-in experience at True Food Kitchen. I highly recommend this place. It's healthy food with flavor, time and effort! You won't regret it I been there three times in a row because it's that delicious.

TFK is the convenient place to go with friends & family because they cater to everyone's preferences. A farm to fork restaurant with moderately priced selections is a treat for anyone who's never been, and for those who enjoy the experience every time. We checked into our hotel at the Shore just across the street (backdoor entrance) and after a long flight needed some good healthy food and some good beer.
This was definitely a great choice.
I had the OG burger and as a burger expert I have to say this was a super juicy, super tasty burger.
My wife had the spicy peanut bowl and she was very happy, not too much peanut and not too spicy (the server was nice to put the jalapenos on the side as she's not a super spicy person.
Lastly my son who is extremely picky had the pizza and he said it was almost better than daddy's pizza 🤣🤣🤣
Beer selection was great, I personally had a Colorado IPA which went well with the burger.
We sat on the patio but inside was very nice and open.
Great spot, great food and our server was especially nice and took good care of my 2 picky eaters requests. I wish I could remember her name but I'm sure all the staff is as attentive, accomodating and patient as she is. Thanks so much and we will be back

We were a party of 7, and we all had an ABOVE excellent experience! The service was excellent, and our server was attentive. They were just rolling out a spring menu, and the chef forgot to leave off a couple of condiments and realized it before serving the meal. Our sever apologized to us for the delay on remaking the sandwich (which was only 5 minutes)... then the manager comp'd us that meal ....UNHEARD OF!!!! The food was outstanding and everyone left very satisfied
