CVS

This is not my usual CVS as I live in Sherman Oaks. However, I was going to Bookstar and thought I would give this CVS a try. I was very pleased to see it is on the same calibre as my Sherman Oaks location. The staff was courteous and very helpful getting me the products I needed that were locked up. The parking lot in back is huge and accommodates many stores so you can park once and shop at a variety of stores on the block. It's great to know I have another good CVS location if I am in the Studio City area.

I wanted to say big Thank You to the pharmacy doctor Araksia. My prescription was sent to the wrong place by the doctor’s office and she took the time , called my doctor’s office and got what she needed to expedite the delivery of my much needed medication. . I wish more people in customer service would be like Araksia.

Hands down the best 24 hour CVS anywhere in The Valley. Located conveniently at the corner of Ventura and Laurel Canyon. Ozzy (Oswald) The night shift supervisor is always there always friendly and always ready to provide stellar customer service.

I showed up a day early for my vaccine appointment by mistake, instead of telling me to come back the next day, the pharmacy staff had me wait to see if they could still accommodate me. They were really busy, yet they were friendly, apologized because they didn't have extra doses, and did it all with a smile underneath their masks. What a fantastic staff! Every employee, from the the lady who checked me in, to the managers helping out!

One of my favorite CVS locations, with parking in back and good service. The pharmacy stays busy especially with the vaccination area being closely. They are always very stocked up in majority of areas, departments and isles and keep the foot traffic flowing.

I've been filling my prescription there for years and I have always had a good experience. The staff at this CVS have always been helpful and patient. When I've had to wait for a prescription to be filled it's because the doctor and I went without me calling and placing the order. Overall it's a nice corner store. Thank you

Been coming here for prescriptions and otc meds and no problems 8 years. And the occasional Arizona iced tea sale. Quick in and out. Prescriptions are handled cleanly. As for the hobo's, its true there are occasional ones who want a hand out, never too aggressive. I pay no attention to them. Only if they get too crazy just let the staff or 911 know. Parking lot is pretty large as it's shared with adjecent businesses whom instead of throwing their nightly trash jnto the dumpsters, just lay it on the ground next to em. I park far away for safety.

I can find items that I can't find at other CVS stores.. Employees that work there are cool like Stephanie and Elvira.. I work in Studio City and this is the CVS that I come to..

I was there once and had a really good service. This is why I think they deserve a good review. There are 2 CVS there. The second store is on the other side next to Panera.

Wow let me tell you that they have an amazing customer service when you ask them for something they help you right away. This place is very organized and the store is big

This one is directly for their pharmacy. They went above and beyond to help me with my sensitive paper work. A+
