The customer service awesome serving great-aunt I'm a different question to ask in the project is on time and everything was in Stock as I checked online.

I was looking to try an arm compression sleeve and went to Roadrunner. They dont carry any in stock and need to order online, so I went to Big 5. No nonsense, they carry product unless sold out. Found a great sleeve at a great price.

Nice friendly staff. The quality is amazing. The cheapest sport hood store in the city in my opinion. Had to come real quick for a trip I was in and out in less then 15 mins

I love to shop here and pick up new sneakers or any active wear. The running shoes are great and comfortable. Short ankle socks, there are many to choose from. Also don't forget your swimming gear and beach towels.

I recently purchased a used electric bicycle however it did not come with headlight tail light and it was night time so I needed to solve that problem so I stopped in at Big 5 and as always they were able to fill the bill I walked out of there with exactly what I needed a decent price and it was late so good for them a little longer and looking out for the customers it's a good place where's my friend would say it's one good joint

They were very nice this time around, I've had times where I was ignored or treated as if I couldn't afford their products, but times have changed. I really loved their customer service this time around and I spent some change I wasn't planning on spending because they were so helpful. (While the farmer's market was going on)

My husband went here 1st to purchase a pair of shoes.The employees were very helpful .My husband actually told the employee what his need a were and the employee brought him a pair of Dr. Scholls shoe with memory foam. My husband totally loves them ,especially since he is always on his.feet at work and likes.to walk to and from home. The cashiers were very friendly and fast. Great place

I went in there to get some in line roller skates and the staff was very helpful and patient with my questions. The gentleman in the shoe department was very kind and brought me numerous sizes and styles to ensure I got the best fit for me. Also their prices for roller skates are great!

Brandon was amazing. I'm not sure if that's his name but he handled all my questions and was very polite. Came in for a fishing license and left in less than ten minutes with a line. Superb customer service!

Went in to look for running shoes and there was a very pleasant and helpful associate nearby to help me in getting the right shoe size. He also provided recommendations for which shoes to consider. They are also having a sale so I consider my purchase to be a good deal. Good experience.

It is very hard to find traditional sports stores like their work before the internet age. I am very happy to find most of the products that I look for in such a dense area. Yes, the prices can be a bit more expensive than Amazon but the convenience of getting immediately sometimes overcomes the price.

The level of care and service here, as always, is incredible. Even through covid restrictions, everyone is helpful and courteous! Assistance getting shoes in the right size is just so simple!
