I was helped very quickly and efficiently after being asked for assistance from one of the kind workers there. Lupe took care of me and treated me with such respect and care, it feels so good to know my neighborhood CVS is in good hands with good people like Lupe. Such a kind, well dressed woman; we need more people like her who still pamper themselves and show up to work and help others! Thank you!!

I just started using this CVS and after reading the comments I feel you need to look at location. Stores have to put policies in place that reflect the people who shop / take advantage / steel from them. In short time comming here for prescriptions I’ve only experienced fast and friendly service.

Walking distance

Instead of providing me all options to retrieve the receipt that was not sent to my email. Manager said all he could do was give store credit.

I stepped aside, got customer service on the phone who reissued the receipt and and merged the two accounts I was unaware I had in less than 5 minutes.

I stepped back over and showed the cashier the receipt and he seemed surprised.

The staff should be more knowledgeable with providing solutions for what the customer wants.

You parking at every location must be monitored. Specly on North Fiqueroa in Highland Park. The parking lot is full with people going other places. I brought up the manager and security. All they did is shrugged their shoulders. Parking is full and there like 6 people in the store. Sometimes I just drive to Rite Air a few blocks away. I think Security should be monitoring the. Maybe it will take a few cars towed away it's rediculous.
