Like the one on 3rd Ave and Lexington Avenue in my neighborhood. Everything on my list found. Everyone friendly and helpful.

Cashier by the name Marlene walked up to me and asked me if I needed assistance. She was not only polite the whole time, but she also helped me find my much needed product! Definitely my go-to store now since the staffs are very polite :)!

I was impress with the help I received at this particular Duane Reade location 866 3rd.Ave. Tremaine the girl behind the counter wen above to help me and suggest different products, I also have to thanks Tyreek the manager at this location, nice soft spoken, great customer service.
Congratulations to Duane Reade this 2 people are example of good team.

lOVE THIS DUANE READE! Staff are courteous, friendly, very helpful. It's also a huge store with loads of good selections. I patronize this location as i live a block away only.. Keep it up!

Staff aren’t very friendly. I was confused by something and the lady started yelling at me rather than explaining it. There’s a cancer facility directly next door, please consider that some if your customers have cancer or are dealing with some level of disabilities from cancer. Confusion being a big one. They also rarely have what I need. I tend to avoid this one (12 years of cancer visits has taught be this), but occasionally I check if I need something. There are others nearby or different places that might be more accommodating.

Basic Duane Reade in an area over saturated with drug stores.

There is always a line and they seem to be constantly out of my favorite items.

One of the worst Duane Reades known to mankind. Egregiously overpriced. Every other item locked up. Very little customer service. Bought $100 worth of items and had to wait 10+ minutes for a simple receipt. Avoid this place.

Be careful here. Get your receipt. They won't give it to you unless you ask.

This store needs to close. The items in the cosmetic departments are all open, half empty and dirty. I asked to 4 different people help to understand what was tester and what actual products. They all bounced me back to an other person which supposed to be the responsible for this department which she didn't know either and laughed at my question. Embarrassing
