CVS

Everyone at this pharmacy location is helpful with filling Rx meds. I’ve had problems with my physician calling in and then also with insurance. They are still always professional and helpful despite my becoming irritated. I don’t like the CVS pharmacy Rx phone prompts but that isn’t their issue. CVS corporate should change that - it’s redundant

The CVS at 53rd & Lex has improved their quality of service and safety by having a representative near the door which I think has deterred shoplifters. The present staff is smart, alert and helpful. I hope the other locations can follow their lead. Thank you for the opportunity to share my thoughts.

The staff in CVS as i see in his I.D.,Mr.Paul ( Cashier at that time 02 Dec.2023) is so courteous and accomodating.He explained very well the benefits of having CVS membership card. I've been a frequent buyer/ customer of this store and this is the first time I was offered the said card and I have it now as well.Highly recommended health store.Thank you Mr.Paul & the CVS Health.GOD bless & more power.

Best staff of any CVS I’ve been to! Taught me how to use the variety of coupons, and I saved way more than expected

Typical CVS. Nicely located, expected selection, and well organized. Easy in, easy out. We didn't interact with anyone who worked there, and had no need to do so since we grabbed our items and did the self-checkout. We were probably in the store less than 2 minutes on a random Tuesday night. No issues to speak of, and nothing amazing to write home about.

Did an excellent job with our passport photos on a busy Christmas night! Very pleased.

I have been going here for years since my office is in this building for 12+years. On Wednesday at 3:30pm, I was having an allergic reaction to something I ate and ran in here for help. Someone helped me find the medication needed and the pharmacisted graciously look over me and guided me to recovery.
if things didn't get better after medicating she would have used and epipen and call emergency card. Luckily, I recovered and she instructed me on how to medicate if needed after leaving. It was so relieving to have such kind and compassionate people help whine in my despirate time of need. They went above and beyond in helping me. I am very grateful!

I came here to get my flu shot and peruse the cosmertics aisles.

Upon entering an employee greeted me, which was nice. While shopping, 3 employees approached me to check in and see if i needed help. I love how friendly everyone is here - genuine and pleasant and helpful.

Near the luxury cosmetics is a small podium with coupons! They're manufacturer coupons for items in the store. Very considerate.

Overall the store is very clean and the lines move quickly.

Called at 12:40am on a Sunday when my regular pharmacy was closed and had the most helpful young female pharmacist (I wish I'd taken down her name so I could call her out but maybe you'll have some idea of who was working around this time?) She answered all my questions thoroughly and couldn't have been nicer. Encounters with pharmacists like her remind me why I choose CVS for my prescriptions.

Mr. Jairo assisted me wonderfully after I was turned away from a flu shot walk-in since I did not have an appointment. Thanks to him, I was able to get it done promptly.

I don't know about the other departments but the young lady (Shayene) who works in the beauty department is such a lovely person. I am constantly on the search for good pharmacy cosmetics, Shayene goes out of her way to check if items are in backstock (many would think this is a given but most employees wouldn't even bother to go check their backstock inventory). She is knowledgeable in most if not all the products and very helpful-- one of the best people I've dealt with at a CVS location.

Still is a great store. Open 24/7. Has most things U would need late at night. Has 24 hour pharmacy. Has delivery service.Unfortunately due to supply-chain issues and theft some things are not in stock

Needed to switch account from NJ to Cvs 53 lex so professorial efficient didn't get the ladies name sh3 looked after Galligan account

This is my favorite CVS in Manhattan. They are always well stocked and the staff is helpful and friendly.
