Love the place it's always my go to for manga, the prices I think are fair. And there's a section for everyone. Action, romance, comedy, horror, yaoi and don't worry the cashiers will not judge you or treat you differently for what you buy. I personally bought some yaoi, 3 Yaoi manga's to be exact and my cashier was friendly and sweet. Love to go anytime, I could go anytime! Always have positive visits! ❤

My toddler loves this place. Lots of awesome books for kids and toddlers and fun toys all over.

Really sweet staff here. Made me feel welcome and helped me find the books that I wanted. The selection of books are good and they have, at least in my opinion, books that fits everyone. Everything from children’s books, romance, science-fiction, anime to fact books. They also have a lot of other stuff, such as fun board games and stuffed animals. I definitely want to come back here!

Awesome service! The lady at the counter was very helpful and sweet! She Helped me look for a book and offered to order it since they didn’t have it in stock and also checked other locations for me!

And we’re then all doomed to the whims of Jeff Bezos and you think Elon Musk would be a horrifying emperor? Bezos will be kindler and gentler and then conic e you that you absolutely need that port for the latest version of kindle!! It’s got tech that is at least 15 years old but we’re going to seek it to you like we invented it ourselves so r like Elon Musk we’ll take credit for a company that became a huge success in spite of our idiocy not because we are so amazing everyone should kiss our assets! And love it! Like Tesla drivers! Hah if you’re so smart why do you brag about your mode, they all look the same!! So whether your paid $35K or $350K lol I have no clue😂

Good place and helpful staff. Well organised. A couple of seats available to peruse your book choices. A destitute woman entered the store a few times and the staff treated her with dignity.

When i came to US, i always go to here firstly :) Barnes&Noble is my favorite store this country. All staff smiley, helpful, talented. Nice location on El Camino Real & Jefferson. No reading areas. At one time benches were available. COVID ? There is a Hispanic book section. Bathrooms available for customers. Staff responsive to customer interests and inquiries.

I went in to find a specific title. An employee asked if I needed help and was able to direct me to the desired book. I was in the store fewer than 5 minutes and I had the book I was looking for.

After finding the book, I looked around and found some awesome reusable bags that I decided to purchase as gifts. All in all, the trip to Barnes and Noble was a success.

Many moons ago before I converted to the e-reader dark side I spent many an hour here. A nice casual atmosphere.

Very inviting bookstore. I noticed the double doors open for ventilation, hand sanitizing gel on a table near the entrance, and plexiglass shields at the pay counter. Everything is well organized and the staff is easily found when you need help finding a book.

I recently, purchased a rice cooker and found many instant pot books, but none for a rice cooker. I looked up recipe books on my phone and found one I thought I would like. B&N didn't have it and they ordered it for me and called when it came in. Very helpful. I could've ordered it on Amazon, but I wanted to give my business to a local store. Great store :)

Barnes & Noble in Redwood City is a gem. Friendly staff, calm and welcoming environment and well stocked for all your literary needs. Our preschooler loves visiting - this has become his toy store!

Update Dec 2021: We just stocked up on Christmas presents for the entire family and a couple of friends. We love this store.

They had the book I wanted

Just left going to a bookstore and feeling the paper in the books I don't want to have to order online want to help our community. Barnes & Noble is very helpful and have a great selection wouldn't hesitate to go there. And the rest rooms are nice too.

Wide selection, very friendly and helpful staff, clean, and comfortable. I was also able to return a book here with no problems which is unique. They don't have a cafe which sort of sucks, but that means it's much quieter than other barnes and nobels which is nice.

Kid friendly. .. great selection, great staff didn't hover but was attentive when asked questions..

Ordered a Book reader online that seemed dead on arrival. Took it to the store and the manager was patient and courteous while verifying that it was not working and then replaced it with a working one. Very professional service. Nice store. Clean and fill of great books and other stuff.
