I had an amazing experience with supreme customer service with Manuel. It took some time and a lot of trouble shooting to resolve my issue. Manuel was patient and never wavered from being both professional and friendly! I would come back to this store for any FirstNet AT&T assistance just because Manuel had left such an impression on me. Thank you, Manuel! I hope Manuel’s boss notices my Kudos- and shares this with Manuel’s peers as a shining example of superior customer service, professionalism, and patience.

Thomas has been helping me for years. Again, I trouble him with problem with my device not working and he still is just as kind as the first time we met. My wife and I will keep coming as long as I see him. Also staff is good too!!

Roberto resolved a billing discrepancy. He was well mannered, professional and thorough. He is an excellent representative of ATT.

Robert at AT&T Redwood City Sequoia Station is friendly, very helpful with great custom services. My original request was to transfer data from my old iphone to a new one, but I received much more assistance plus learning how to use my new iphone. Appreciate the service very much

Roberto was so friendly and helpful! We needed to trade in an old iPhone for a new one, and he helped us quickly, got everything set up, applied a new screen protector. Very easy!

Very pleased with the service at this store. The manager, Thomas, is very knowledgeable about cell phones and plans. I came in to fix a reliability problem with my Internet connection but he noticed a way to upgrade my plan for a very low fee and he fixed other things. Recommend this store!!!

Roberto did an amazing job - very patient and thorough with transferring our cell phone lines from separate providers. Very detailed, personable, and kept a smile the entire time.

Thomas, the manager was extremely helpful. I had just purchased a new iphone 14 less than 1 month ago and my screen protector that I had purchased had already cracked. He quickly replaced it and only charge me $8 whereas a new one is $45 and didn't have proof that I had purchased it form their store. I could also see when he was addressing other customer's concerns a the same time he tried to be helpful and was very committed to customer satisfaction

The AT&T store in Redwood City is hands down the place to go for anything you need regarding your phone. I went in there with my Dad and quite a unique and long list of questions. We were immediately put at ease the moment we walked in. Thomas (Manager) spent two hours with us and was so knowledgeable, patient and kind. He never once made us feel like we were a burden despite the store being busy at times. There were multiple changes that had to be made to my Dad’s account to say the least. My Dad was also in need of a new phone since his current one was pretty outdated. Thomas did everything from getting the new phone set up, making recommendations for a phone plan that would work best, getting him set up with accessories to putting on the screen protector and case at the end. Let’s just say we left the store so grateful and it really meant a lot to me that my Dad had a good experience.

In addition to the positive experience that we had personally, it was clear that the other employees do an excellent job as well helping the customers. Since we were there for a couple hours, it was noticeable. Each person who walked in was greeted and helped right away.

This store is very well run and we will definitely be returning for any other phone needs in the future!

Victor help me transferring my numbers from my past carrier with AT&T and help me get discounts on my account to get the best service AT&T has to offer for a lower price. He is very knowledgeable and very patient with a very nice mellow smoothing voice. Best experience in customer service I have ever had in my entire life. Definitely recommend this location and be help by Victor. Really recommend looking for him for help is a great employer for this company and speaks multiple languages witch is amazing and very helpful for the diversity of our community.

When we got there it was just one associate there (Thomas) and a new employee he was training. All things considered I’m impressed with how quickly Thomas was able to help everyone by himself while also training his new employee. When it came to getting help, I am EXTREMELY happy with the service we did receive from Thomas. He was able to take my recently fatal accident riddled phone and shockingly use it to qualify for a trade in and helped me through the process as seamlessly as possible. I had been very nervous going in to see the “damage”.
Att needs to fill their store more appropriately with more employees tho. Thomas had a lot coming at him.

This should have been my second review. I went to the store end of last year to get my daughter a new phone. The staff was super helpful. They even help me coordinate with the Apple store to get my final piece of xmas gift done correctly.
This week my own phone's screen cracked, I figure it is a good time to upgrade. Even though they were a little busy, Thomas went out of his way to help me out. He made every right suggestions and help me make inform decision. Great place and glad I came back.

Thomas provided quick and excellent service for our simple simcard replacement. What impressed me most though was the time, care and patient attention that another associate was paying to an older woman who was having difficulties with her phone. He even provided help with directions to her next stop. The store was clean and well stocked with ample parking.

I smashed my phone and needed to swap my SIM to another phone. Unfortunately, my Pixel 1 was too old so Nidia and Thomas helped me find a cheap temporary phone to hold me over until I got my phone fixed. They were super nice, very understanding of my situation, and gave me their undivided attention. They were even nice enough to wipe down the meeting area between customers. Awesome folks. Makes me almost wish I had phone problems everyday so I can come back to visit them.

Went in today to purchase a few items and got exemplary service. We were helped by both Nhan and Michael, both of whom were incredibly helpful and polite. Michael showed us all of the options for accessories and headphones and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. Nhan helped to ring us up and was very professional. Would recommend.
