Rema gives excellent customer service at the checkout counter. She is patient, helpful and efficient even when the store is very crowded. She goes through the coupons on my receipt and saves me money. This store is always clean and the staff is friendly.

I signed up on line for the recent Covid 19 vaccine & RSV. A friend had gotten both shots in one visit. I wanted to save time. When I arrived for my appt. The pharmacist told me I could only get RSV. WHAT? She explained if I had a reaction after both injections - they couldn’t tell which was the culprit. I have never had a severe reaction before. But there’s always a first time. I truly appreciate this pharmacist, her kindness in explaining ! I can get the most recent Covid 19 vaccine in 7 to 10 days.

Kat made my experience! I wish I could copy and paste Kat's superior customer service skills throughout NYC. She led me to the self-check out line and helped me! She was patient and answered all of my questions. I appreciated how she reminded me that I do not have to rush and she is here to help me. It allowed me time to slow down and enjoy my shopping experience. Kat is really good at focusing on what customers need and require. She has a real instinct to understand her customer. I felt like I was being assisted by a friend. Her energy is welcoming! Good work girl! I will now shop here and recommend all of my family and friends to visit this CVS just because of Kat!

Most of the time they're great. Rarely a complaint. In the store I go to.

The Pharmacy has always been very helpful to me. Personalized service, synchronizing my perscriptions, remembering my name! Courteous, prompt, professional. I've been sending my prescriptions here since 2019.

Hace el mismo servicio que una parafarmacia además puedes encontrar medicamentos básicos. También otros muchos productos de droguería, etc...

Punto vendita della nota catena di “farmacie” che in USA, oltre ai farmaci e al farmacista, propongono molti prodotti che noi definiamo “da banco”, e anche altri da drogheria o piccolo supermarket generico.
Sorprende la quantità di pillole proposte, e in alcuni casi anche la dimensione delle confezioni, pensate per usi molto intensi…
Interessante, comunque.
