CVS

This is a very nice CVS, I came in here because I happened to be in the area for a trip and wanted to get some snacks and they had a pretty good stock in all of their products. I would definitely come back again in the future if I’m ever in the area.

Shout out to Donna and Omg don’t kill me but I can’t recall the name shoot Maurice no that’s not it and you have such good energy too! I’ll go back tomorrow and figure it out! Thank you though :)

I had the best time with the pharmacy on 8/10/22. My local CVS did not have stock on the antibiotic I needed and directed me to try this location. When I called, the pharmacist warned me ahead of pickup I would have a large copay on my prescription. When I went in to pick up they remembered me, and showed me that they were able to find a coupon to apply to the copay which cut the cost of the copay by two-thirds. I really appreciate the assistance, and going above and beyond to help me get my antibiotic!

Came in during a busy time but received great help. Shoutout Courtney and Kia, thanks again!

There are three reasons to make purchases at CVS, 320 5th Avenue in Manhattan. They are staff members Ajanae, LG, and Morris.

I’m not one to write reviews, but I have to say this CVS on 320 5th Ave has the absolute best customer service. I’ll run here on my lunch break, and all the employees are so friendly and nice, especially Ashley and Dominque. Ashley has helped me out a ton, and Dominique has assisted me picking out so many products in the beauty section. She has spent the time going over the differences in products with me and what she recommends. It’s the kind of customer service where they’re right there to help you, whether it be to find something or if there’s a problem with the self check out, but they’re not on top of you like a lot of stores can be like. What it really comes down to is just their attitude. It’s really refreshing to see positive, upbeat, and helpful workers in NYC, and in a type of store that normally employees seem annoyed when you ask them a question or don’t give you the time of day. Also I really appreciate how genuine they are. So if you need to run to CVS to pick up anything I’d HIGHLY recommended going to the one on 320 5th Ave!

THE SAME WITHE THE ENORMOUS RECEIPT THEY PRINT.

INSTEAD OF HAVING THE SAVINGS GOING AUTOMATICALLY TO YOUR CARD, AS DUANE READE DOES, THEY SEND YOU A LOT OF TEXT MESSAGES. THEY WANT YOU TO KEEP SHOPPING.
AT THE STORE, THEIR PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN THE WHOLE FOODS. A TOTAL SCAM, AFTER 2 YEARS OF PANDEMIC, WHEN OUR SALARIES REMAIN LOW AND INFLATION IS HIGH...
STICK WITH DUANE READE, IF IT IS NEXT DOOR TO YOU. THEY MAKE IT EASIER TO ALL CUSTUMERS.
