Michelle is amazing! She answered the phone in a courteous manner and assisted with questions regarding a patient who uses multiple pharmacies chronic medication list. She is polite and knowledgable. Thank you so much for assisting in patient care today.

I used to be a customer on 34th and 3rd, but when I needed a prescription that was transferred from another pharmacy they refused to fill it saying it was a refill. Would not listen to reason. So I walked up to Park and not only did Ba, the manager, come right up to help me, the pharmacist was able to put through my script in minutes without issue. I went to 34th and 3rd because it was 24 hours and I needed the script. Better to wait for 4 Park and get actual service!

Ba, the manager, found a dropped phone on the sidewalk in front of his store, and kindly safeguarded it at Walgreens until he was contacted by it’s rightful owner. Within an hour, the phone was returned to the owner. I couldn’t be more thankful for this man’s kindness and honesty.

So thankful for this location and all locations that are open in Manhattan during the quarantine.

They have everything you are looking for which is great and are fully stocked. I was afraid medications would be running low but it’s nice to see that all the stores are stocked with medications as well as home cleaning products and junk food too.

Thank you to all the staff for coming to work. We all appreciate you!!

Nice and quick service at the pharmacy

뉴욕의 한파로 감기 기운이 있는 남편의 약을 사기위해 오전 일찍 문여는 약국을 검색해서 간 곳 입니다. 약국은 주말이라 문을 열지 않아서 매장 내에 있는 미국의 국민 감기약 Mucinex를 구매했습니다.
가드분이 계산까지 해주셨는데 토요일 오전 8시에 노숙자인지 마약을 했는지 이상한 사람이 들어오자 무섭게 쫒아냈는데 계산할때는 세상 친절하셨어요^^

This is a two part rating, the cashier staff is always helpful and nice here.

today I had to pick up my some Antibiotic's, and instead of there pharmacy staff being polite and helpful. I found them to be Rude and uncooperative, instead of calling and telling me that my insurance provider is not a partner with them. I was told that first told that I had to pay cash for them, when I pressed the matter with the pharmacist he became combative and very disrespectful. if your insurance is not accepted at a certain place, they should call you first, if not when you get there explain the situation to the customer, instead of demanding cash and when asked why and not disrespectful.
(i would give them one star)

Store is dirty and dated—has the old branding. This makes it seem like they’re going to close this location, which wouldn’t surprise me, since the service is sub-par. Cashiers are fine, but the pharmacy staff is unhelpful. They refuse to hold prescriptions, even though other DR locations do. Good thing I can use Capsule now and don’t have to deal with this.

I want to tell you why I'm withdrawing all my prescriptions. There is a young man named Eric who basically lives outside of your store with all his suitcases etc. for the past six months He has harassed Kenny who has been on the opposite corner for over 20 years. A real gentleman. Eric told him that he it was territory now. Yesterday Eric went from behind Kenny, hit him on the back of the head and proceeded to throw hot coffee in Kenny's face and shirt. Kenny went in and the police were called. Yet the young man came back that night. Again the police were called. Yesterday he threatened me, saying he knew it was me and he'd get me. Today at the end of the end he was back with all of his belongs. he started following me around with his video camera for two blocks (obviously he has money) smiling like someone demented, saying he was going to post on You Tube crack-head me and my crackhead dog. I just smiled and came home. I am never going into your store if he is there because frankly I'm scared. Going to transfer my prescriptions across the street. I'm not the only older person who is scared by him.

It's supposed to be a 24 hour store but sometimes you go there and 3:00 AM and they are closed. They claim that they cannot find an overnight cashier.

It's New years Eve 8pm and the guy says we're not taking btls and cans because it's the holiday season. I told them they don't know squat about being Christians. No btls on Tuesday or Friday, then no btls before 5p. They don't even touch the btls here. That little brown guy with the slick hair and slick mouth is bad for business.
