Complete and friendly staff!

This CVS is one of my favorites as it’s well stocked and on my way to line 7 and Grand Central.

It has big pharmacy, lots of beauty products, food and drinks, gifts, greeting cards, pet care, chocolates, and NYC souvenirs as well. Very handy!

The staff are adequate, some are nice but there are those who are not. But generally they are helpful. Well, they have to :).

It’s open 24 hours. The CVS cards give you a lot if coupons and discounts. Make sure you have one!

When I was with my employer getting a refreshing beverage, I saw something that caught my eye: a brand called Essentia Ionized Alkaline Water (1 liter, which is about 33.8 oz.) I took it to work and began drinking it during the second half of my shift. The alkaline water began organizing my brain chemistry. It was not done in an instant, but I slowly felt headache relief over time as I finished y bottle. Concerning the customer service, CVS has wonderful tech support. Plus, the store is clean and organized. No further improvement is needed. Some time later, I got Eucerin, thanks to my employer who recommended it to me for my winter rash. The product works! The rash is going away.

The store went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I had several coupons, which required the cashier to repeat my purchases; then I had a previous purchase that did not receive the CVS special pricing. The cashier and manager worked tirelessly to look up my previous order and rectify it from my emailed receipt. I apologized that it was taking a long time. They both said that I could take my time and they would rectify both issues to ensure my satisfaction. I always go to CVS for pharmacy and general needs. I was greeted when I entered the store, asked if I needed assistance and had the manager and cashier solve the pricing issues. Job well done!

Employees are friendly and helpful. They actually answer the phone and will help you to confirm which items they have in stock. That is rare these days!

Pharmacist was helpful professional and responsive. Maximillion and Joseph at the front counters also added to a very satisfying customer experience. Well done

I hustled my way over to this CVS for a late night prescription after another location didn’t have the medication I needed in stock. The pharmacy technician was super nice, and he even let me charge my phone and offered to call me a cab when I expressed that I don’t know the city well. I really, really appreciated his help.

I visit this CVS literally everyday. Most of the staff are direct and get the job done. They help with whatever I need. However, there are two employees at this CVS that go above and beyond and demonstrate what it means to be a part of the community. The first is Melvin and the second is Anyeli.

Melvin is the brightest most friendliest person in this pharmacy. He greets and he catches up with me and he makes me feel like a good friend. I observe him do this for all clients. He does it, naturally, which is a testimony to his character. If anyone is more deserving of a manager position, it’s Melvin.

Anyeli is usually around the floor helping with anything she can. She has never failed to greet and ask how I am. She is genuinely fun to talk to and she makes the experience of shopping at the store feel like visiting a friendly space.

I work down the block at Spear Physical Therapy, a clinic that believes in going above and beyond for the client. Melvin and Anyeli both exemplify our philosophies and embody true customer service.

Purchased a money order and was helped kindly by CVS associate Rachidatou. I was in and out in the shortest time. I definitely recommend CVS.

Open 24 hours Very convenient and efficient. Not only a pharmacy but you can find a small taste of almost any basic need like Gifts, all beverage including alcohol, toys, beauty supply, kitchen supply and more.

Picked up my prescription there on a Monday and was helped quickly by the pharmacy staff. Staff were friendly (there was even a greeter). The store was clean and well air-conditioned and aisles were well stocked. Plenty of self-checkout lanes so I was in and out quickly!

Just spoke with a very kind pharmacist/tech who transferred a prescription from a closed CVS to her store. She was kind, gracious, and patient. Thank you for your kindness.

Highly recommended! Got tested for COVID here! There was no lines and only two nurses inside, it took only 5min to get tested and leave, 10min to get a result on my phone. I guess that’s how perfect COVID testing property can look !

We were staying at a nearby hotel and stopped here often (between 6th to 10th April 2018). The staff in here were the loveliest people we encountered during our stay in New York. They were all extremely helpful, patient and lovely and went out of their way to help us on several occasions. I can’t praise them highly enough. 😄👍🏼

Great Service and Experience , this place really mimics the city of New York , Hi Welcome to CVS is the first thing you can hear , every employee acknowledges you and the Beauty Department is a thrill their Beauty Consultants are amazing not only they can find whats right for you this guys make you save money they know every single deal , they have all the coupons in the world and they always have free samples ! love this location !

Love this store and the deals they offer. When it's crowded, the lines can get long. You don't have to wait a terribly long time though, because the service is pretty fast in my experience.

Open 24 hours. Had what I needed except distilled water for CPAP machine.

This is one of my go to drug stores. Excellent location. In and out fast, especially for how busy it is.

Nicest pharmacy staff I've ever met at a CVS!
