AT&T Store

I must say after all the running around and countless hours on trying to switch from a business account to a personal account which was a pain. With that being said the store manager at this location is second to none a great employee for AT&T. Very patient, informative and very helpful. I recommend this store to anyone that needs help. Great store and great music. Definitely recommend 10 outta 10 customer service location. So stop by and see Herman the Manager for your At&T needs.

Outstanding service. I had multiple issues needing help to transfer my service to AT&T and was amazed by the professional and caring service at this location. Cayden explained every step of the process and helped me upgrade my phone, set up a new internet service, and phone plan. They won my business as a life long AT&T customer!

Let me start by saying I hate AT&T. But I have been dealing with an issue the last two months. My husband has spent hours on the phone with AT&T and I have been at the AT&T store now for approximately 2 to 3 hours and I have to say that the manager, Herman, has the patience of Job!!! He was able to get somebody on the line after hours of waiting and fixed my service! This man needs a raise! Seriously…AT&T..THIS MANAGER DESERVES A RAISE!!!!

Cayden is the gentlemen that helped me out when I walked in the store I had some issues and didn’t understand how to unlock a phone and he guided me through that process no problems. Great store and employee.

I have no idea why my honest review was removed. I opened a family plan here with my husband and I specifically remember how kind and attentive Mr. Dylan and Julio were, and how well they addressed our concerns. I am thinking of bringing other family members here soon. My review is an honest reflection of the services and products that I purchased here.

The Sales Manager Herman Davis was excellent at this store. He was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and funny!! I really appreciated him taking the time explaining the information I needed to know about what was going on with my email issues. He corrected my email issue and used a better way for me to flip between personal and business.
The other sales people were very courteous and helpful also! Definitely a great store!!

Eimad and Shawn were just the BEST! I had several issues going on with my new phone and they worked with me and got me all situated with patience and grace! I highly HIGHLY recommend coming to see them for any needs you may have.

Best AT&T experience I’ve ever had! Christian provided excellent customer service to me today in troubleshooting a unique issue. He was kind, friendly, and determined to help me resolve my problem.

Dayla and Cayden were absolutely amazing. Despite a huge influx of customers, they still multitasked efficiently on the spot and helped so many customers. I was transferring from android to iPhone so it was a tedious and long process, however they still answered all my questions and remained patient. We were very impressed with their work ethic. I will be coming back to this location!

Not going to lie...getting a new phone is not something I look forward to. We went to this store today to upgrade my mom and daughter's phones. We were greeted by everyone and helped by Dylan, Herman and Julio. Dylan was our main guy and Herman was around to help when needed. These guys know their stuff! They were polite, helpful, knowledgeable, funny and took the time to find out what we really needed and made it happen. The experience was excellent. Our entire family would recommend this store as the guys were not only helpful, but entertaining. We appreciate it, guys!

Dayla and Cayden were f****g awesome! We were not treated very well at another Frisco AT&T store so we decided to drive to this location. At a time when great customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Dayla & Cayden got us into 2 new phones and an upgraded service plan quickly and efficiently, all the while making us feel welcomed and appreciated. Who do I see about getting them a raise?

Sergio and Herman were amazing. Made sure my info was transferred and helped me make sure my trade in process was smooth.

Like everyone else I attempt to avoid talking to AT&T at all costs, but after purchasing a new phone from Apple that would not connect to the network I was forced to find a retail location. This was my first time visiting this particular store and the experience was much better than expected. Julio was very helpful in getting my phone working as well as making sure all our other services were functioning properly (they weren't). We wound up making some changes to our plan as well so that it would better meet our needs as a family. With everything else 2020 has brought it was nice to have a very positive and helpful experience.

Management at this AT&T store is absolutely amazing!! The care and customer support is the best I've received compared to other AT&T stores in this area. Thank you Herman for going above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of!

I walked into the store just to look at the new iphone12 and was impressed with the excellent service provided by Julio. He answered all my questions, looked at all the options to save me money all with a smile and no high-pressure sales pitch. I switched my plan to AT&T and ended up with 4 new phones and one Series 6 apple watch.
The manager Michael and Julio are a great example of what retail service experience should look like. Thank you both for helping me find the best options for my family business while saving money.

Shawn in Frisco is very good for AT&T. The whole world needs people like him. He will be moving to Mckinney, stop by and see him. You want be disappointed. Keep doing great things. Wonderful customer service.

Thank you Phillip! We were having issues with requesting a transfer pin. Unfortunately we still couldn't figure it out. He was able to get me a new sim that worked on an iPhone that didn't get shut down due to 3G.
Would definitely do business at this location in the future.

We had so many questions and every single one was answered and more. Julio is the man when it comes to technical questions and Dillon was great to work with. Dillon broke down the exact $ amount for the options that we had to choose from and really crunched numbers with us to ensure we were making the right choices to save us some money and make sure we didn’t walk out of there with any regrets or uncertainty on those decisions.
The manager there (didn’t ask for his name) was great as well. He even joined in on helping us from time to time and got us excited about our choices.
We were very pleased with our visit there and didn’t feel rushed or that we were “bothering them”.
This will be our “go-to” at&t store for sure.
