I have a flight out back home in New York today and I urgently needed to ship my bike as soon as possible. Called in advance and spoke to Sergio, the general manager, who was extremely helpful and receptive to my problems and the fact that I had a flight leaving the same day. I came into the store and Sergio and his staff took the time and effort to pack my bike with me in the shop. This really reassured me that my bike would get home safely and soundly. I highly recommend this UPS. The staff really goes above and beyond to help you with all your shipping needs.

This UPS store is my FAVORITE location to go because I love how the manager and the staff treat me!! I go there if not every day but every other day to drop my amazon packages off; yes I'm an Amazon shopper and yes lots of returns; I do appreciate their patience with me!

As a very frequent shipper...this location Managed by Sergio and "crew" is very highly recommended. The professionalism and willingness to provide excellent service are the reason this location is my home base for shipping needs. I had to mail important papers out of state and was very nervous as the dead line was approaching. Sergio and team ensured me I was in good hands and everything would be ok. My wife and I came to this location with little knowledge on how to send a certified letter. The manager, Sergio, came to us and immensely helpful and super friendly to boot! He answered all of our questions and walked us through the process. He's earned our business. We'll be sure to use him for all of our shipping needs.

I have had my bussiness POB here at the Gary Burns Dr Suite 160 store since it's inception. The staff are alway warm and welcoming and have taken good care of me from taking an Amazon to packing up valuable shipping. I have yet to have a piece damaged in shipping. I would highly recommend them for all your shipping needs and POB home.

My experience with this UPS location has been phenomenal! I was dealing with a very frustrating issue of an invalid tracking information, and Sergio worked tirelessly to help me solve the issue. I was on the phone with him multiple times and each time he was kind, courteous and so helpful. He was able to fix the issue for me when,after multiple attempts calling corporate, and no one else could.

I was returning a purchase from Nike. I was being charged the return shipping fee when the General Manager asked if I was a Nike member? I am he gave me the number fir Nike Customer Service and the corrected the problem! Thanks Sergio, UPS should know that your customer service was outstanding!

I've spoken with Luke many times over the phone. He's always extremely helpful and always has a solution. The customer service here is really excellent.
There is also another young man here with medium height blonde hair. He's always in when I send my packages. I always forget to as his name. He's always a pleasure and a huge help as well.
Fast, friendly, helpful, and all of my packages are always on time.

Incredible service that often exceeds my expectations. I've had a great experience each time I've come here for returns, printing, and even questions with confusing shipment instructions. Today, the associate who helped me explained everything clearly, gave me helpful advice, and even printed a page for me for free. He told me that you can print up to 5 pages (black and white) for free, which is great for printing a shipping label for an item to be returned.

Harrison was so kind, helpful and patient with my many returns today! I really appreciate it & him! Great customer service goes a really long way in my book, especially during this day in time. Thank you so much Harrison!
