Kelli the manager and her Associates were super helpful when we went in to get all 5 of our kids shoes and gear for Basketball.

Clean, environment, friendly staff they will offer to order sizes if they are out but another store has them in stock a nice service to offer.

The ladies working on Thursday December 14th were amazing and helped us find exactly what we needed thank you for your amazing customer service

I only ever go here to buy shoes for my family most times. They're quick to help the shoes last a long time. And they do their best to help you with what you need every now and then they get distracted talking to each other but their service is great.

We found size 13 n 14 shoes for my son at great prices.

Great experience all around. Due to a surgery I've needed assistance grabbing things and very short times shopping in stores. I had to get my son shoes and a couple other items. I went in and Ben was on it, greeting me as I entered and grabbing everything I needed. I truly needed the help and I didn't feel belittled for asking ( you'd be surprised how much sales clerks seem to act bothered by assisting people latly).

Fantastic experience yesterday shopping for soccer gear for my 6 year old. I had no idea what he needed and he is usually super hard to work with do to sensory issues. Add to that the fact that he is heavy set, we needed extra help finding gear that fit. The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and patient.

We Love Our Big 5. Almost always has what we need and sometimes things we didn't know we needed. The staff is friendly and so helpful. Every year my mom comes to visit from Florida at Christmas and with three grandsons we always end up there to shop. They always remember her and go out of their way to help. Great place and even better people!❤

Great customer service. Very helpful staff. If you're looking for beginner packs or decent low priced discs for some disc golf they have what you need.

Absolutely great place. I go there for hiking gear and outdoor items. They usually have a bunch of deals going, I've purchased hiking boots there several times for at least 50% off each time. Staff are nice and it's a cool store.

Staff was helpful and the selection was plentiful. And I was only there for shoes! 😂

Came in to buy a kayak, really wanted a sit-in not a sit-aboard but they didn't have any on the floor. Female employee was pretty sure they had one in the shipment they had received that morning, she went and pulled it for us, still wrapped in plastic and all. Bought it and love it :)
