Walgreens

This is a very sad place, but I can't blame them--they are doing the best they can. The people here are overworked and understaffed. Don't know how much longer this store will be around. Some shelves are just . . . empty. The QFC in the neighborhood left a few years ago now, and the Safeway is on its last pegs. Some will blame theft. I say there is no clear villain. Theft, overdoses, homelessness--I say these are not signs of our greatness impeded, but of greatness mistaken. People sleeping on the streets outside million dollar homes? This discrepancy--it's complicated, it's messy, and it's hard. But, come on, Seattle, we can do better. And if we can't, then we should pause before we hand out 1-star reviews because we spend 30 minutes inside a store rather than five because two people have to run the whole place.

But, if I get off my high horse, I will say that this is an excellent place to get your photos printed. You can order online (and through shutterfly, I think) and pick them up here. I also got passport photos taken here. Looks like me!

I don’t get the bad reviews. But this place has been so nice and helpful to me! The staff are so pleasant and always down for nice quick chat. The pharmacy is great as well; they really go out of their way to take care of me and my Mum. Thank you guys! Stay fabulous! :)

I had my passport photos taken here a week ago and the woman helping me was very kind and patient with the whole process.

Cashiers at front were attentive to next in line PDQ. I had the smoothest transaction, and it felt good to experience this customer service and helping others get through the line. Thank you.

Staff were really friendly and helpful at the front—relative to other Walgreens, they made a real effort to minimize wait time and be friendly. I had a whole return/store credit situation due to a mess up at another Walgreens location, and Alex in the front and a store manager (didn’t catch her name) went above and beyond to take the time to right it, even though they had nothing to do with the situation, and even though I offered many times to just leave and call some corporate hotline. I’ve never felt more cared for and about in a chain store, and their unexpected kindness absolutely made my day.

Pharmacy experience was really smooth too, even with a bunch of folks in line. Given all that, I don’t know why the rating is so low relative to other Walgreens.

Matt in the photo department is awesome. I ordered a Christmas card print but totally messed up the margins and he helped me through it then ultimately let me place a new order in exchange for my mistake. Great customer service here, will return.

Evelyn Gray is amazing. Very knowledgeable about beauty products and skin products. Extremely friendly and helpful not to mention her personal style is walking art. Also the person that checked me out was a whole vibe my experience at this Walgreen was nice.

I've always received wonderful customer service at this Walgreens. While I don't use the pharmacy, it's sad to see low ratings based largely on that one department. Doesn't seem fair to the other great people working there.

The staff at the pharmacy is top rated excellent for good reaso. I have only experienced the highest level of guest satisfaction. The team under the caring manger offers kind care and clear counsel with new medecations. This is the best pharmacy I have ever had the blessing to be under.

This Walgreens is always super welcoming and helpful - truly the definition of a neighbourhood store. I went on 1/11/23 and it was great :)

I like to go here because I get to feel like I'm the last person on earth, like I'm a character in a post apocalytpic world. Why ask for help when I can just figure it out by myself and not get eaten by mutants? I needed nail clippers. That whole aisle was picked clean. Do they sell beer here? No idea. Do they have regular Reese's Cups? I couldn't find any, but I did find other options of Reese's products, so I tried new things.

Thankfully the pharmacy was open because I needed Sudafed (not to make meth. Good lord, who would want to be awake that long in 2020),

Why are the stores on this strech of 15th so weird?

I have had years of good service at this store on 15th. Especially the clerk in pharmacy, Yjuen ?, who has on two occassions helped me above what might be expected. Once I came in covered with bee stings and she got me some medication over the counter. Yesterday I came in to get a blood pressure machine, she said let's test it now, we did, it was very high, and she said I should go right to Immediate care. I did, it was, but as it turned out I am fine, just very high blood pressure, so got some medicine. In both cases, she was concerned and helpful. Also she's not the only one, sometimes there have been mix ups or problems but staff there has always been helpful and professional.

A pharmacy for all your scripts. A wide variety of items from food to cleaning supplies . Employees are nice and helpful in finding what you need.

Our neighborhood pharmacy ,we've been using this location for 10 years. We have been well cared for by all the pharmacists and techs. The other staff are always helpful.

Since I don't get prescriptions here I can only speak to the staff who are always friendly and helpful. Give them all a raise.

Wonderful friendly staff. Great place to shop some customers smell like urine and some dont but they keep smiling and do a great job.

They’ve always had what I needed and I found the service to be prompt, knowledgeable, & friendly enough (this is Seattle after all - the City of Polite Indifference)

The nicest staff. Always friendly, helpful, give coupon suggestions, store is clean. Love them.
