Amazing. in and out fast. $2.50 for labels. packed the box I brought. offers paper shredding services. Small store for packing needs. Printer. Lots of staff. Their monitors are quite old and their computer threw up a rare error while I checked out.

Jessica was very kind and patient with several different packages going all over the country that needed to be packed and shipped. She even made sure to enquire on discounts that may apply to me, to make sure I got the best price. Great place for holiday shopping!

Victoria and Jessica were so so very helpful. The store was busy with holiday traffic and my emails/labels were not pulling up on my cell phone...they still took the time to help me!!! Great customer service!! Thank you !!! Merry Christmas

The Arc of Greater Williamsburg has been using the UPS store for several years to create signage for our Community Pickleball Challenge and our Williamsburg Landing 5k! They are easy to work with, creative, professional, and provide great customer service!

My review is long overdue. The UPS store closest to me, (2 min drive), should take notes from this location. First and foremost you're welcomed, you're treated with kindness & with top notch customer care. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way just to come to this UPS. Everyone there deserves a bonus/promotion, something, because they go above & beyond. In a world with so much hate, it's these UPS store employees that give me hope. Thank you! You are appreciated.

This place is great! I needed help from a notary, and the whole process was quick and efficient. The staff is helpful and chilled out! Definitely head to this UPS store for your needs if you're in the Williamsburg area.

I just mailed a package with this UPS store and was beyond pleased with the help that Michael and Reese gave me. Both men were professional and courteous. Customer Service was outstanding. The store was busy but these men were cool, calm and collected. I have done a lot of shipping and these guys were the best. Customer Service is high on my list when doing business. These fellas did not disappoint.

I've had a couple of print jobs done by them and have always been happy with their service and desire to make it RIGHT. In this day and age, it is worth the extra 15 minutes it takes me to drive to the other side of town just to get that level of service.

Very convenient! No wait during the week. Will wait some on Saturday depending on the time you are there.

Michael G. was amazing!!!! I'm very pregnant (3 days until due date) and he was such a tremendous help! He came to my car to carry heavy packages, was 3x as efficient as standard staff, very polite, helped other associates when they were having issues, and helped me navigate the Amazon returns website. I thought he was a manager based on his professional demeaner, but he said he is not. Give this guy a promotion!!!

On the 14th of January 2022, 1:44pm, my husband and I had a few packages to ship off. We had a male associate who was extremely unprofessional and impatient. We simply asked why we had to pay $45 for a prepaid label on a returned item and for that we got eye rolling and the associate saying "Jesus christ." He huffed and he puffed and walked off to get a manager. The manager, Michael G. greeted us with a friendly smile and asked what our concerns were. With that. Michael handled our business professionally and with ease. He was patient, kind, and efficient. We thanked him for being the true representation of what pleasant customer service should be. If it was not for his patience and understanding we would not be returning to that UPS location. PS. we took Michael's advice and contacted the carrier for the label. It turns out we did not have to pay a dime to ship the returned package. Thank you again, Michael G.

I had to ship a very large painting and was having a hard time finding anyone to help. Fortunately, Rick, the owner of this UPS store, came to my rescue. He picked up the painting, have a safe and large crate made to protect it and shipped it to me. It was an incredibly easy fix for a large problem. Thank you so much!!

Had a simple bill-to account shipment that had to go out, was rejected at both the Rochambeau store and the UPS Center in Staples in Williamsburg because "franchises do not work with in house accounts." I was told I'd have to go to Newport News, but I called this location first. Michael immediately told me he would be able to ship the item out for me, so I went to the store and he took care of it, easy peasy! Just got confirmation that the item was delivered at 11:30am in FL, when I didn't even get to the store until 3:30PM yesterday. Awesome service!

Very positive experience at this location! Staff was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Most of all, they were QUICK! There was line when I arrived, I almost decided to come back another time, glad I didn't. The wait was much shorter than it's been at other locations and they made sure my package was taped up and secured before affixing the label. Quarterpath isn't the closest UPS Store location for me, but I'm only using this store from now on!

Excellent people in this location. Kind. Patient and informative. Mike and Kai were the staff. They even explained how to do a post office return that I thought was ups and where to take it. They handled my Amazon return without me knowing how to do it. Great experience

As a new, small business owner, The UPS Store at Quarterpath has gone above and beyond to get my business up and running. From the graphic designs of my business cards to printing of the waivers, all needs have been met with excellent customer service. In addition to print needs, my business mail box is maintained at The UPS Store at Quarterpath and I never have to worry about packages being stored safely until I can pick the packages up.

I wiped the sweat off my brow as I was racing to the UPS Store to pick up six Very important boxes for my business. It was a Saturday, and I really needed those contents to help the remodeling of my store on Sunday, and I didn’t know what I was going to do if I didn’t make it in time to the UPS store before they closed. I had my wife and kids in the car, and I suddenly realize that I was not going to be able to fit all these big boxes safely in my vehicle with my loved ones as well. Rick one of the two owners of the UPS store was so kind and drove the packages to my home to ensure my family made it home safe along with my packages. Rick went above and beyond and I cannot thank him enough for his support and doing this for me especially when his operation was closed for business for the day. Him staying late and helping me was true customer service
