Marquis and Xavier provided excellent service! They thoroughly explained the services, charges and options available to me. As a customer of over 20 years, this is one of the few times I enjoyed the interaction with your personnel!

Jessica solves what's Experts at best buye Geek Squad and larger verizon on stores couldn't solve even when they called a group of their associates for help. Very polite, efficient and a gets more hold stars than you provide

I was struggling with customer service over the phone and desperate to get my phone working after a miscommunication with Verizon. I went in and was greeted by Alysa(I think, sorry!) And she really went above and beyond to get me back in service. I have usually avoided Verizon stores but will return! Thank you so much.

I went to the Verizon store in Williamsburg. Timothy Lee was amazing. He solved my problem immediately after waiting at a Verizon in Norfolk, VA for 2 hours where i live. They said we don't know about flip phones. Funny, they sold me 3. Timothy knew just what the problem was, showed me and fixed it. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Please convey my thanks and appreciation.

Lol I never even bought anything from this store but the dedication and professionalism of JOHN who tried so much to help me find the phone I wanted was 100% appreciated. If he has not gotten a raise yet or is of higher authority within this company he should!!!

The service here was phenomenal. My primary contact was Andy, who was patient and thorough as I switched phones to a new brand, then back again to the previous brand. He stayed charming throughout the process (even when customers started to back up). Andy, along with his associates Darius and Jamar, offered help whenever I needed it after the sale. Kudos to them all. This outlet is small, but my experience is that it is not as busy as the Verizon on Monticello.

I had evacuated during the hurricane and my phone died. After going to another Verizon store in the area that was less-than-helpful and didn’t care, I went to this store. They were AMAZING! The salesman, Jamar, met me at the door, introduced himself, was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. He got my phone working without trying to sell me anything and showed me how to do what he’d done to it. I was super excited to have my phone back and because they actually took time to help me, I made another purchase there. I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of my business - they showed me cheaper options along with more expensive ones. I wish they were in my home town, because that one is not good. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE! GREAT SERVICE!!!! See Jamar and Darius to talk to sales people who actually care, are knowledgeable, and want to help!

Wonderful customer service, I was helped by an associate named Darius, who was not only patient and easy to talk to (he was able to show he knew what he was doing without making me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about )but also extremely efficient in helping me buy my phone. Even when I wasn't sure what decision to make I told him my concerns, what I needed out of the technology, and what price range I wanted to work with, he was able to easily meet my expectations, and provided overall a delightful experience that I would go out of my way to receive when handling any of my electronic needs.

This is a great store! I much prefer this store over the Monticello location but that mainly has to do with the staff -- particularly Molly. Molly is one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable associates I've encountered at a Verizon store since I moved to this area in February. Today I just purchased the iPhone X and she was so helpful in not just the sale sorry, but also with a great tutorial. Make sure you get her to help you when you go because she's well worth the wait.

Came in with my 7 year old IPhone and left with my Samsung 9s. I am extremely grateful for the excellent service I received from Darius and Molly. As a senior citizen, it was really nice to have Darius explain all the features of the different phones and help me in deciding which one would better serve my needs. Darius also took the time to review my service plan and we updated it to better serve my needs. This individual is good management material. My thanks to him and Molly.

Staff is friendly and professional. I really appreciated that Timothy went above and beyond today to help me resolve phone issues, and then took the time to make sure I understood some of the features of my new phone.

I have been in this store a few times now. Verizon is lucky to have an associate there named Darius Rudd! He is courteous, friendly, professional and expeditious! I will recommend that store to all my family and friends. I will continue to shop at this store because Darius has earned my trust and respect! Well done!! If Verizon has an incentive program for outstanding customer service, Darius should be on the top tier! Thank you Darius for your service and honesty! I will return.

We recently upgraded our phones and Kendra was extremely helpful. She even drove all the way to Hampton and back to get us the phones we wanted because they weren’t in stock at this location at the time. I was also impressed that she was able to help entertain our five-year-old while we did all the paperwork. I would definitely recommend this Verizon location and Kendra to anyone looking for a new phone or an upgrade.

I was recently looking to get on my own plan separate from my parents and had been turned away from the Monticello Verizon store, and I was sent to this location instead. Gabby (the lady helping me set up and figure out what I wanted and was best for me) was friendly from the very beginning. She took good care of me and worked hard to work through the little difficulties we had experienced, and helped me find exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable cost. SO glad I was turned away from Monticello and was sent to this location, will be returning here for further appointments just from my experience with her.

I am very pleased with the service I received on both days I came in to purchase a new I phone. Jessica and Molly were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Molly answered all of my questions and made the transaction to the new phone easy. I would recommend Molly and Jessica to friends when purchasing a new phone or other phone related items.

Great experience at Verizon yesterday. Darius was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on every product in the store. My boyfriend was able to upgrade his phone and learned all the ins and outs of the product to make the best choice possibly. Darius was very friendly and professional. No chance my boyfriend goes to a different Verizon store.

Swung in this Verizon store to get help switching my Google Pixel to the Pixel 2, Kiana Tyler and her co-worker could not have been any nicer and incredibly helpful. Both phones kept dying and they managed to keep them both running for the transfer of information. I had my 10 month old baby with me and they were helpful keeping him calm as well.

I had the best experience at my local Verizon store at Williamsburg Va. thanks to Andy Singh, Christian Johnson, and Darius Rudd, they went way above Customer care, They were so helpful, So understanding, I wish they were working for me! Verizon is Lucky to have them ! good help is hard to find and they are as good as it gets...I give all of them a 5 Star rating...Just returned to the Verizon store at Quarter Path for more service was not disappointed Darius Rudd and all the other employees were courteous knowledgeable absolutely an asset to Verizon
