I love this location. They're simply helpful and pleasant in their efforts and demeanor. Located in a mini-stripmall in uptown New Orleans; this is a great location for all your shipping and receiving needs.

I like being able to drop off UPS packages here, instead of trying to schedule a pick-up or flag down a UPS driver.

Usually not a wait & that's a plus, considering the size of the store and the AVAILABILITY of drop-off locations.

Shared parking lot, so grab a spot when you see it.

I used to live in Nola, returned and spent over a week emptying my storage locker, producing 8 LARGE boxes to ship. Using this store I worked primarily with Christopher Wade who carried seven of the eight boxes from my car into the store. He assured me he would add extra tape and fragile stickers. I'm back in California now and all boxes arrived, With the fragile stickers. These guys are smart, courteous, And GOT THE JOB DONE! Great work! Thanks!

I don't often take time to write reviews unless I've had really bad service or really good. This is definitely a really good service one! Every time I have gone to this UPS store to ship things or even make copies, every worker has been incredibly helpful! Today I went to ship a 50+ LB mobility scooter and was was promptly helped by an associate who packaged it and handled the situation efficiently. I recommend this UPS store 100%!

I have a mailbox at this location. I receive a lot of packages daily. Ms Lorie Neece is a very kind and hardworking person and her staff are Troopers!!! Sometimes when I go in, there are packages from the floor to the ceiling all over the store! These guys deal with this almost every day! Plus they tend to walk-in customers in between dealing with walls of packages! And when you do walk in, you are greeted and welcomed to the store and given excellent customer service! I have nothing negative to say about this UPS Store location. The only thing I can say is I, like many others that have mailboxes there order from Amazon - which delivers sometimes until 9pm. I get notifications from Amazon that say "Arriving today by 9pm". That doesn't do me any good if the UPS Store closes at 6:30 during the week, 2:30pm on Saturdays and 3:00pm on Sundays. If you're expecting a package on Friday before 9pm, and the store closes at 6:30pm before the delivery gets there, you might not get it until the Monday or Tuesday of the next week. It happens to me all the time! I watch my delivery say, "Arriving today by 9pm", and if 6:30 rolls around and it still says it, I know there's going to be problems. I ready had Amazon delivery drivers send my packages back because they tried delivering my package at 7pm on Friday, tried again at 4pm on Saturday and tried a 3rd time at 4:15 pm on Sunday. After 3 attempts, they sent it back.

That's my biggest gripe!!! But other than that, I give Ms Lorie Neece, her ToughGuy Staff and the UPS Store #4134 - 5 Stars!!! They work hard and express a sincere smile when helping customers! Everything about this place and these people is excellent!!! - except for they aren't open to receive deliveries after 6:30 during the week, after 2:30 pm on Saturdays and after 3pm on Sundays. If you need your packages delivered by a certain day, I'd recommend using another address - because deliveries don't always happen before 6:30pm during the week, and surely don't always happen before 2:30 on Saturdays and 3 pm on Sundays.
Other than that, this store is top notch!!!

I had an excellent experience with this store. When contemplating bidding in an online auction, Lorie provided a very quick and reasonable quote. When I won the items, Neal provided excellent packing recommendations and follow-through on the process. The sculptures were very delicate and tricky to pack. The store packed them perfectly and they arrived in Kent, CT in pristine shape. I always stress about the handling of objects during the pick up from the auction house and this store gave my purchase professional focus and effort. The shipping was quick and the price lower than quoted. Thank you very much. I hope to do business again.

I purchased a painting at a New Orleans auction house, and UPS store #4134 was one of the recommended shippers. I would highly recommend this shipper to both local and out of towners for their shipping needs. The staff was professional, very pleasant and quite reasonable for the entire packing and shipping job. My painting came the day I expected it and it arrived in pristine condition. We've been using this store for about 2 years (finally getting around to writing a review). The service is fast and efficient. I love that! It's not really a task that I want to take forever. In and out. No mistakes. It's great. I've noticed that the staff is also very conscientious about fragile items. They are also willing to go the extra mile when I need assistance getting bulky or heavy items loaded into my car. Of course, if they are super busy, I'll wait. But I never have to wait long. We began having items delivered to the store after a few of our packages were stolen from the house.

I also choose this location every time I need to ship or return. Customer service in New Orleans is usually abysmal. The guys who work here are awesome. Every time. They are young but know how to get things done quickly and efficiently and not making customers wait to be helped. They also go above and beyond to help customers. I didn’t have packing tape for a few big returns and all I did was give them the box and the label and they took care of the rest. You won’t find a better place to ship in Nola.

Manager Neal & colleagues were efficient & courteous, facilitating a large complicated shipment for us in minutes. Much appreciated. Highly recommend this UPS.

I've had nothing but easy times using them in this location. Once in a while there's a line, but they move very quickly in there. (6221 S Claiborne location)

Handled auction purchase pick up and shipping out of state. Very responsive and helpful despite my changing address and shipping terms. Carefully packaged and quickly received. Neal was particularly great!

These guys do a fine job. They greet you and get right to business. I drive out of my way to come here. Most of the poor reviews don't do justice. They just sound like pansies, and emotional, sensitive, needy customers who don't understand what it's like sitting behind the counter of any service job.
It may seem expensive, but worth the trip to deal with the guys than go to any other post in New Orleans.

I was in the store on a Friday evening needing to ship a piece of art for my daughter last minute. Everyone in the store was very patient and helpful, but Bert went out of his way to help me get everything I needed and packaged it for me. I was very stressed and the kindness was very appreciated.

If everything else in New Orleans ran as efficiently as this UPS store, the potholes would be gone, the water bills would be accurate, and the streetcars would run on time. I don't know if it's corporate management or the store manager to thank for this beacon of efficiency, but you're doing something right here and please keep up the good work.

These good people could not be more competent, professional, or courteous. I have been a customer since '04 and they have been consistently professional, whether it's a regular day or if they're swamped. If only this level of customer service was the norm and not the exception.

Best UPS location still in operation. Does sometimes get a little busy, but you can get everything done quickly and efficiently. The location is far from me but easier to get to than all the little ones in the French Quarter.

The staff here actually care and go above and beyond to ensure the store runs as efficiently as possible. I've never been in the store longer than 5 mins. Including when I've had to box packages, which they were incredibly helpful with. I choose this location every time.

Something about the kind bros who work there just makes me happy. They are just these college bros workin hard, doin their thing. It’s just rather pleasant.
