I love Elio's. These guys do exceptional barrel picks and have a very wide selection of whiskey and rum, not to mention all the craft beer, more than I know what to do with. Always give great recommendations too. Absolutely worth a stop here if you're close to Tulane.

This is my favorite place to visit weekly for wine! The staff knows me by name and always helps me pick out new wines to try based on what they know I like. Also, prices are great and staff carries wine to car so you don't have to. Support local businesses like this one, you won't regret it!

My husband introduced me to Elio's and I LOVE it! We don't go often, maybe only once or twice a year, but we love it. The folks there are helpful and fast and they always recommend a great wine for our budget. My favorite gift for someone is to stop in and buy two bottles of wine and have them put the bottles in a nice gift box...it looks so nice!

Uptown has the odd liquor store here and there. But this isn't just a liquor store.

They have an excellent smattering of discounted goods you can see just as you waltz in. A solid spread of beer, liquor, and wine. Even liquers. If you're angling for enough beers to weather a bout of sports or need something special for a celebration, they'll have it here. They don't just sell alcohol, they sell a situation going the way you want.

We visited this well stocked liquor store because it was close to our Airbnb. We were there to purchase high-end Scotch for a gift. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up with 2 types of Scotch. Very nice place!

Great place to buy spirits, and the great people who work there are knowledgeable about the different spirits that they sell, and they have an awesome selection. The only drawback is they're off the beaten path, so it's not the easiest place to find, but once you do, you'll be back just as I have been.

Such a great selection of beer, wine, and liquor! The prices are very good and they have specials that are great if you like cheap beer. They do on occasion have a special on a high quality beer but not too often. I primarily shop here for alcohol.
