Total Wine & More

This location is the closest to my home. I do not visit it very frequently, however, every time I am there, the staff is very helpful. We are greeted as soon as we walk in and followed up with someone later asking if we need help finding anything.

They have a pretty good selection of the most alcohol as well as wine and beer. They also have an extensive selection of miniature alcohol bottles. And they have a fairly extensive refrigerated section. Bathrooms are available also.

Would I return? Absolutely!

Love this store!! They have the most awesome staff, John and Dickey are the absolute best. You walk in and tell them what you like and you come out with your new favs. They have a really nice rewards program that gives so many discounts, as if their prices weren't already the lowest in town. They also have monthly classes if you want to learn more about wine and spirits. We go on Friday afternoons for our 'happy hour' where we get to taste all kinds of spirits, beer and wines. They help you restock your bar, throw awesome parties and even help with selections for weddings! The store lay out is very friendly and easy to navigate. I just can't say enough about how much I love this store.

Always five stars!! Actually 25 stars! Even got a taste test for a different bourbon. These guys are great!! I drove 1300 miles to get here. We have nothing like this near us.

I tell you, I'm ashamed!!! Because all the clerks know me! Lol. I go too often, maybe! But the customer service is impeccable there, from the top to bottom! They have samples, give you great recommendations, and they have samples!!!! 🤣 Great place, lower prices than other liquor stores! You'll love it!

I love this place! I went in search of non-alcoholic beverages which seemed like a total conflict but they actually have a wonderful selection of non-alcoholic beer options as well as wines and things like non-alcoholic vodka and Amoretto and other spirits that I never knew existed. The staff as usual is always helpful and pleasant.

Beautiful store with a welcoming atmosphere, reasonable prices and friendly staff. What else could you want? We didn't find the exact Rosso di Montalcino we were looking for but we found other suitable drinks. There were samples of certain holiday liquors available, which we tried. We opted for something else on this trip but we might go back for the others for our next event. This was the 3rd store we tried this evening but next time I'll just go here first.

Had a great experience here. The many different kinds of wine is hard to believe, but they have so much MORE than just wine. The staff was very helpful, explained the options and walked me right to items I was looking for. They are well stocked in staff as well, and I was able to quickly pay and get back on my way.

No matter the location of total wine the varieties of liquor and beer will never disappoint you. Lots of options of foreign bears is incredible. And no matter that the day there will be always a deal in some of the product. Nicely managed inventory and friendly staffs is the reason I like this chain.

Easy in and out. Incredible selection. Sometimes understaffed. Great prices.

We are regulars here and always received great customer service. Today was no different. Tanisha was our cashier and she checked us out even though she was closing. She was very courteous and welcoming.

Update: 12/09/2023- Came in the store today and Terrance is always so accommodating. He’s one of our favorites and we tend to hunt him down whenever we’re in the store.

They were sold out of my favorite beer. But luckily I ran into Cameron, who is by far the nicest and most helpful employee outside of the manager. Will try these beers and see how it goes. When you go in, ask for Cameron. Only person I'll ever ask for. Thanks!

The staff here is always pleasant and willing to help. Their knowledge of the different brands is so amazing!

This place is huuuuuuuuuugeeeeeeee!! The staff were very professional and friendly. Some of the stuff is high up on shelfs and the staff were more than happy to help get the hard to reach products. I came here to buy cases of frio and its one of the few places that sells them. They also have a nice cigar area with a decent selection. Good prices as well!

Great price this is the place to stock up. Everyone is always nice and helpful.

Friendly staff good liquor, I checked out in no time. I always appreciate the free samples they do and they don't move things around so much so I always know where my favorites are.

My go to place for alcohol purchases. Haven't found a place with better deals. They also offer tasting but not sure when they do that. Great shopping experience and welcoming staff.

Paula was great today! She sampled out some seltzer for us and it was phenomenal!
