Sally truly embodies the definition of customer service and it is an absolute pleasure to have any of our questions/ concerns addressed by her. She takes great lengths and immense amount of time to ensure ANY and ALL of our questions are answered. She is relentless in her passionate pursuit of highest level of customer service and I will NEVER go to any other Verizon wireless store because all other customer service pales in comparison and that is because they do not have Sally M. at that store. She knows her stuff and anticipates pain points for customers and quickly comes up with fantastic solutions to either mitigate or alleviate them altogether. She is THE BEST!!!!!!!

Sally was the absolute best! I have never received such good service in my entire time with Verizon, and I usually dread having to deal with customer service but Sally not only helped solve my difficult situation, but made it enjoyable during the process. I’ve tried to solve the problem with 4 different people with no resolution but Sally didn’t stop until it was done, and I’m very grateful for her help.

Sally and Alexis at Verizon on Hebron in Carrollton are AMAZING!! They have excellent customer service skills and are able to multi task by assisting several clients at the same time. They are the BEST! THIS will definitely be my new Verizon store.

I ordered a phone online for pick up and Alexis and Sally were super sweet to get it ready for pick up in less than an hour before they closed! They made it super easy and quick to get the phone and get the tempered glass put on. Thanks ladies!!

We’ve been to this location twice now and both representatives were very friendly and helpful. On our visit today, Sally had multiple customers needing help around the same time and she helped us all with a smile on her face.

Visited the Verizon store today to buy and set up a new phone. Alexis was amazing and was so efficient as she helped me get set up during short windows of opportunity as she was working with another customer! I’d recommend Verizon for their customeroservice in-store!

I had issues that nobody seemed to be able to help with regarding my bill. Sally was persistent in getting me the answers and help I needed. She was patient and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She even followed up with me to make sure I was taken care of. SHE IS AMAZING!! I won’t deal with anyone else from here on out.

Came into Verizon and got a new phone, new watch. Zariah was amazing. We got all the information we needed, but had to check some things before pulling the trigger on the deal. There was no pressure to sign right then and there, so we gladly came back a few days later and did the deal with Zariah. Everything went smoothly and she was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Sally was really great as well. Highly recommend this location and staff.

Great working with Alexis. She is knowledgeable about her job, takes her time to work through the process of making sure you understand available plans, making suggestions that can save money and took the time to transfer my new phone and make sure all was right before leaving the store.
