I appreciate the smaller layout & easy to find paints. Zac was cool & knowledgeable. Christian was pretty cool & he has cool hair.

Shout to the Sherwin Williams on Midway!! The one closer to me always seems to not have stock. BUT the Midway location had stock, friendly staff. Ernesto did the color match and Hasan helped me to my car. Everyone was busy helping customers or restocking. When I need Premium Paint this Midway location will be my first stop!

Every time I go to this Sherwin Williams location, staff is super friendly and helpful, especially the man that helped me today. Brightened my day. Highly recommend this store!

I buy and sell homes home and typically have my painters purchase paint. On this project I wanted to say thank you to my painters for all they do so I told them I would buy the paint. I typically pick paint colors but do not purchase paint. Daniel at Sherman Williams was extremely informative and professional throughout my experience. It’s nice to walk in a store and find someone knowledgeable about their product so you can make an informed decision about your purchase. Thank Daniel for your high level of customer service. I love this Shermin-Williams! Not only did Hasan, the manager at Carrollton take care of me after we bought the wrong brand and sheen of paint, he gave me some great tips to get the job done! Hasan is fantastic, I recommend everyone take their business to this store!

Even though paint is in short supply, I was really pleased with the service the team provided at this location. I had products in mind, but after in person discussion I found out there were better products for my application, and the results were even better than I had hoped. Great customer service!

Excellent staff, the manager was extremely aware of the number of customers, greeting each specifically and being certain to serve each in order. This is a unique skill and one that will be remembered for a long time. Service was speedy but not rushed. The staff goes about their specific tasks without wasting the customer’s time. Will certainly return.

Ordered paint online and picked up curbside. Easy experience and lovely female employee (in mask b/c Covid) who brought my purchase to the car was pleasant and professional. I’ve been inside recently, too, and it was tidy & everyone (employees & customers) was in masks and lots of signage and decals on floor urging for physical distancing.

I feel like a kid in the candy store. So much to see. The staff was extremely helpful & I look forward to visiting soon. I buy paint for both my home & vacation home. Love going to that store

I use Sherwin Williams paints for all my murals. I trust the quality of the paints and the integrity of the employees. I've had the same SW employees helping me for 18 years already, throughout many stores in the DFW area. I appreciate them all.
Paints...I trust the Duration and Emerald lines for my murals... they're scrubbable and VOC FREE. And they ARE scrubbable...first day! They don't stink like those HD and Lowe's brands, and they hold up better. They are far better quality and definitely worth their price!

Came here on 04.10.2021 at around 10am. I forgot the gentlemen's name, but I hope this gives him some credit. (I think his name was Keith)

I came in to get some spray paint so I could paint the PCB of one of my keyboards. This gentleman was kind enough to go out of his way to explain what the individual components of the paint were (primer, etc). He even suggested a specific kind of paint for my use case.

If I ever need more paint, I'd definitely come back here!
