The UPS Store

David and crew are the best. I drop off multiple packages daily and am always greeted and taken care of. The only downside (which is now true of ALL UPS Store franchises and not just this one) is the Amazon returns. They are time consuming and cause delays for people wanting to ship parcels. It’s a difficult for them to manage. Keep up the good work folks.

I love this store. They have a self service drop at front of store. It's so easy, and I've never had a problem. Personnel are very nice.

Didn’t charge for tape like some other ups, I was prepared with my own tape but worker took care of it.

I have had lots of packages delivered here and they have never lost one. Great professional staff. No issues shipping either. You will not regret doing business with them

Each time I enter this location I am greeted with a Hello! If they are with a customer it is always, we will be right with you. They are always pleasant. I don't know their names but I was just there about 2 weeks ago to drop off a return. I had to let the guy that helped me how f-ing awesome they are...I think he blushed. Keep up the good work!

Every time I drop off something at this store, the staff immediately greets me and all customers entering. Much more, the service they provide me is always professional and prompt. David usually assists me and does such a great job. In addition, this store is always clean. I’m very pleased!

Went in to mail some mother's day gifts today and had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this location. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. They are taking good precautions during this ongoing pandemic to keep the store sterile and clean for customers. This will be the location I continue to come back to whenever I need parcels mailed. The staff there is always very pleasant! I can definitely appreciate that!. You never know how a simple "How are you today?" Can make someone's day. I've been to this location several times, never any issues.

Great customer service! I brought my own tape and scissors in store for my return packages and they provided all of the supplies (free of charge) in store. They taped my packages and printed out labels for me. Simplicity at it's finest ☺

It’s always refreshing coming in here because the guys are always ready and willing to help you; even if it’s mundane stuff as returning Amazon packages . I never mind waiting in line here because I know they’re giving other customers the same level of service that I have always received .

Man, the folks who work here know their stuff. I was in and out under two minutes. Retiring equipment from the cable company and without my telling him what it was he knew what I was doing. Gave me a heads up that my receipt would be my proof that it was returned. He even attached it to an additional green print out to help me keep track of it.

Always friendly and always easy when I go into this store. I order a lot of stuff online (don't judge me) which also leads to a number of returns and this is my go-to location for sure!
