Where do I start? Every Store has its problems, but this one is as perfect as it gets. If they have personnel issues? I would not know; everyone is friendly and extremely helpful. I have seen them deal with difficult people, and they have the patience of a saint. I have had a "BOX/ADDRESS" here for over 5 years, and anyone following my reviews, know I am very hard on bad business. The owner is simply wonderful and kind - the manager (like all managers, if they are good) is friendly / stern / professional and focused on the business at hand. I wish I could find a manager like this for my business! I will be moving to another city - and for the first time in my life, feel sad, to have to part ways with this UPS. The store assistant was very kind and patient. The location is very convenient to me. And the store keeps previously posted addresses in their database.

I have been to tons of UPS stores across Houston area and now Dallas area and by far this location is the best! Every single person who works their is polite and provides nothing but outstanding customer service.

2nd trip to this UPS (3858). 208334 was so helpful and efficient as were all the employees at the store today. We love this UPS and even though it’s not the closest we go there because of the employees. They smile, greet everyone, and love their job. She was so patient with us completing a card to send with our package and made great suggestions. All the employees wished us Merry Christmas when we left!

I have been in many UPS stores. I always print out label at home and drop off my package, so I come in and out the store very quickly. But this UPS store at McDermott and Custer Rd is very special. Staff there are so efficient and friendly that I want to write them a good review. I am wondering where the owner find these good people, seriously.

So easy and so nice. I walked in, handed the super friendly clerk, named Zak, my box and packing slip, and that was it. He printed my paperwork in about 2 seconds and took it from there. UPS is the best place to take care of your mailing needs.

Just came from here dropping off Spectrum boxes. Love the friendliness and professional staff. We live closer to another location but great customer service brings us back for all our shipping needs.

Olivia, Trevor and Steven are by far the most efficient, professional, dependable, capable, and sharp customer service personnel I've ever worked with at any UPS store in Texas! This is hands down the best UPS store I have ever walked in to. We use them for work, and I’ve also used them to design business cards now and ship my own personal items. Their manager is amazing. He’s always helpful. They are punctual and worked with me even though I put them on a time crunch due to my own procrastination. I will continue to use this store for any of my packing/shipping or printing needs. Thanks guys. I am so lucky to have such friendly and knowledgeable staff at my local UPS!

Had to drop off AT&T equipment and ran into the main manager. She is incredibly sweet and helpful. The entire staff really is, they even have a postal drop off box. I would rather go here instead of anywhere else and the prices on anything are not even bad too. You would expect that from a brand named store but it's fair. I go here for anything including printing and also shipping. It never feels like a chore coming here.

Zack and Ethan are amazing. They went above and beyond taking care of me today. It was one of those days where you have a handful of challenges to tackle, all at the same time......however, Zach had a solution to one of my major challenges (2 pallets of boxes) .... And executed it immediately! I am very happy that my husband and I selected this UPS Store location to do business with. We have had a box here for over a year....and the people that work here show that they care about their customers. If there were 10 stars, I would rate them a 10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After a unpleasant experience at another USP store, I was hesitant to try another but very glad I did. I took a box in to send back to Amazon, and was helped by Steven H. He was very polite and even made sure the box I brought in was sealed with enough tape. The store was clean and orderly and I highly recommend.

The staff there are very nice and helpful. One time I mixed up my packages to be sent back to Amazon. They were kind enough to take the time and help find my package so I can resolve the mix up. Appreciate the extra mile service.
