Tom Tom is really great they have a ton of wine and champagne options while shopping there they never seem to be that busy and it’s always a pleasant experience all of their merchandise is always stocked and I can get in and out of there pretty quick not really a fan of Shopping so I try to make it as painless as possible.

Very clean store, fresh produce and dairy items. Not crowdy at all so very convenient to shop inside store. Checkout is quick without having to wait for your turn.

Always good produce and i love the wine selection to grab a bottle to go with what im cooking for dinner. Its always clean and the staff is helpful.

Great pickup/delivery service at this location.

Staff is friendly and picks items with care (no over ripe items). I also have my pickup order delivered to my vehicle within a couple of minutes compared to other Tom Thumb locations.

Items are also in-stock a higher percentage of the time compared to other locations which makes this my go-to Tom Thumb in the area.

Friendly staff willing to help you if you have a question. I got some meats from meat department, Paul and Mark were very friendly and helpful. If your in a hurry they have self checkout available. With the wide spread of covid- 19 this location always has someone cleaning the carts for you instead of you doing it yourself ( unlike Kroger) the employees are all wearing masks.
This is my go to store it’s a little pricey but, your paying for the cleanliness and hospitality. 🛒🚘

They may have the friendliest staff anywhere in Plano. The store is always clean and the meat and produce are always fresh. If you buy in bulk, or have a large family, their meat specials are hard to beat

It was great. Gave me some good information that I needed. I didn't get to shop this time. I went to their business desk. They are always great. Very nice people work there.

Always clean stocked and friendly staff. LOVE their spinach strawberry salad! I know the 2 don’t seem to mix but it’s delicious and for only $8 I can eat on it all week!

Love this place! If you use your reward card you can get money off of a lot of products and food there. I actually got about $150.00 worth of meat..steaks and roast for about $50.00. It definitely pays to use that card. You just have to pay attention to the tags they have on the products or the shelves. Their seafood market could be better but it's still a good value compared to many others.

Good selection of items, a little on the pricey side. Wished they had more self checkout lines but overall the best supermarket I’ve been to in Texas ( I’m from NYC ).

Is literally been probably 15 years since I've been in a Tom Thumb and it's amazing their customer service is on spot the cleanliness of the stores the variety of their items.

I am new to Texas, but familiar with Tom Thumb in other places. The quality of the fresh produce, meat, and seafood is outstanding. Everyone who works there goes out of their way to help. Very well-laid out facility, always clean, with beautiful displays.

Shopping at this location was a breeze. Extremely clean and well stocked. Friendly helpful employee at self check when an item didn't scan.

The store is very clean. Wide aisles encourage distancing. Excellent selection of meats and fish. The store is well stocked. Staff are masked and very helpful. It also does not feel very crowded with others in the stores.

Out of all the grocery stores that I shop at, this particular one is the most friendliest...plus it's very clean! High applause should be given to Nick who works in the deli department. Always smiling and catering to customer's needs! And extremely hardworking! This branch is very fortunate to have him!

Extremely good service in this store, when buying seafood, I get real good service from Paul who
works behind the counter. All departments have great friendly people! I stop going to Walmart and
now shop here, as many of their are cheaper or the same!!!! Most of all a lot closer and easier to get
in and out without standing in long lines.
