Kohl's

As much as I love going to Kohls, almost nothing was on sale. Most of everything was regular prices. So, I didn't buy anything. All was very organized but there were no deals.

It had been a long time since I had been in there. Their prices, especially their clearance prices are excellent. I ended up buying much more than I thought I was going to.
Good marketing!

The Amazon service and the staff at Kohls in Plano East were top notch salespeople. Service was great. They went above and beyond to help me.

Quality assurance but be prepared to pay more in comparison to other store, for ladies bras, best brands

Just bought flip plops from Kohl's store and customer service was good. They don't have my size from east side of McKinney store but ask from Kohl's worker if they had them in different location in Custer and McDermot location. Sure enough they had them. Thanks

A blind man walks in to a clothing store... I won't finish this joke. Anyway, I was really happy with how helpful everyone was and I left feeling confident that the clothes I purchased would look nice. Highly recommend and I hope to return in the future when needs arise.

I love shopping at the N Plano Kohl’s. It’s well stocked, not crowded, very pleasant. The employees are helpful and friendly. It’s organized and easy to find things,

I’m a little delayed at writing this review since I had just got married, but the service I received from Donald at this location was so beyond exceptional that I had to make sure I still took the time to shout him out no matter how behind I am. It has been a little over 2 weeks since my visit to this store and still to this day remember his name. I came to this store to get some super last minute items I needed for my wedding and Donald was so personable, attentive, and very helpful. He was my cashier when I went to check out. I did not mention to him the reason for my visit, but he was so attentive that while he was scanning my items, he asked me if I was getting married soon because he figured these items were for a wedding. I started speaking with him about the wedding I had coming up and he made me aware of sales that were going on that I could take advantage of because he “knew how much weddings could cost” and said that he wanted to do his part in helping me out by making me aware of these sales. He ended up saving me some money at a time where I really needed it. Usually when I go to check out lines, cashiers just scan my items and just continue to the next customer. Donald made me feel less of “just another customer”. I really appreciated his effort to go the extra mile.

Highly recommend N Plano Kohl’s at 2400 McDermott Road and the assistant Judy. She is so pleasant) I always leave the store in a good mood) Thank you)

Kohls always great experience to shop and in this pandemic they are taking caution at extreme level. You will get sanitizer at entrance and customer service counters also have glass protection. I was so impressed as always. They have changed the policy for even exchange which is not quite friendly. Their return policy is Amazing ...

Sephora inside is the best. U can find everything which is not available at the other Sephoras ..

Everyone at this Kohl’s is super helpful. They never mind answering questions, and are very knowledgeable about the store and its merchandise.

Very clean and well organized. Needs a few more cashier stations however the line moved fast
