Drive up is normally quick. Ordering is easy and if you click to tell them you are on your way they have your stuff ready even faster. Always friendly service as well.

I purchased some items online for in store pickup. The email said to go inside and go to "Order Pickup" so I entered the door with that on the building in big letters. I looked around and didn't see the order pickup sign anywhere. I walked back and forth across the front of the store double checking in case I had my man blinders on and just couldn't see it. I decided to ask an employee where it was and she directed me to the Exchanges & Returns desk. She showed me the only place it says "order pickup" is on a little sign in front of Exchanges & Returns. She cheerfully retrieved my order for me. I was going to only give 4 star rating because of the poor signage but this employee was so nice and cheerful it makes up for any lack of signage that a man like me was looking for.

Nice place to shop . Grocery to food is available here. This place has nice parking spots and mostly available all time. Every Target is different and this one is not an exception.

They had a system error with my pick up order and were super nice about it, trying to make it right even though I completely understand system issues. Jaime, Ren, and Chris were more than helpful and they deserve to be recognized.

It was crazy busy on Saturday. There was a long line and a lot of people were waiting to check out. A manager walked by and assessed the situation and immediately called for help. She started putting in different lanes and people started coming to help. That rarely happens at other places. But this lady was on top of it!

Anessa is so kind Omgoodness. She was so patient with me and all the others in the self check out. Helped me with a gift card and split payment! Thank you. I needed your kindness tonight !

Easy return with original packaging from an online order. Friendly, professional employees who generally seemed to enjoy their job.

For a number of years, I’ve paid target very little attention, but in the last two years with food prices skyrocketing as well as other products, I’ve come to realize that target has a lot to offer at reasonable prices. I will continue visiting target. I especially like their Good & Gather line of products.

I haven't gone to a Super Target in a long time but was the closest grocery place we found as soon as we realized we needed oranges enroute to Lake Ray Roberts.

I love super market stores because they have everything I need in a single location. We walked in, got the oranges, went through the self check out and walked back out.

Oh but before walking back out, we had to use the restroom and the restrooms were nice and clean. There was also a changing table in the men's restroom. Very important to me because I do change my kid's diapers and I know there are other men out there that do that. There was also a family restroom. I appreciate places that have family restrooms!

Customer service at this location is phenomenal. My drive up orders are always fulfilled and on time. When my daughter was young she would only take a specific type of formula and the app showed to in stock however they were not on the Shelf, a young man from a different department who was busy stocking shelves saw me circling the area and came over to ask if he could help and then went and found the two cans in the back for me. Today I bought two sets of the plastic drawers from Sterilite and only one could fit in the basket so I had stacked the other on top and another one of their employees saw me pushing the cart very slowly to the front he offered to carry the second set of drawers for me to the register from the back of the store and he coordinated a second employee to help me with the drawers out to my car. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

The customer service is efficient and courteous. It’s easy to navigate the clean and organized isles. The app and member benefits are a major bonus. I had to return an item from my baby registry and was so simple.

This is a good Target. Clean and well stocked. Clothing areas were orderly which is tough to stay ahead of in this type of environment.

I didn’t realize that their pharmacy was CVS now. That seems like a good thing.

Target stores are a great place to shop. Friendly associates and outstanding prices and products. Highly recommend Target for all your needs.

Emma- Lynn was phenomenal! She saw we had a bunch of toys for a birthday party and she asked us if we would like for her to price check other stores to see if it’s cheaper anywhere else. OMG what a blessing!! Thank you Emma!! If that isn’t a reason to shop here, her customer service was exceptional!!

Have everything and pricing is good. Also get my prescriptions there at CVS.
Easy to get in and out

Love the new option on the app that allows you to make a return using curbside drive up instead of having to go inside the store. So easy and convenient!

The lady at self checkout was so helpful and told me and my girlfriend all about the target app a special thanks to her for all her help

It took me a while to write this one but boy is it well deserved.

Around Christmas time, the company I work for had a "christmas tree emergency" and we desperately needed a tree on a short time frame. The employees at Target were SO helpful and went out of their way to provide a great service experience. We have unique ceilings at my place of work and the only tree they had at the height we needed was the one on display. The manager and other employees got special approval to sell us the displayed Christmas tree at a time where I'm sure it was a hassle for them and they could have attempted to have us settle for another tree.

I have always been a fan of Target but my experience with the Mckinney Target during the craziness of Christmas is the reason I go out of my way sometimes to shop here rather than other stores with competitive pricing. Thank you for making our Christmas easy and extra special.
