Nice staff and great selection. I stopped in for some spring garden supplies.

I love this lowes . It's close to me and always has what I need, and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. I also purchased this amazing samsung airfryer oven recently, and im in love and officially old. I remember a time I would be excited over new clothes or makeup, but now it's appliances that get me going, lol!!

George in McKinney on 75. I have been buying bags of drainage rock. On my 4th trip, 2 to Allen and now 2 in McKinney. George was the only associate to offer to help me load into my truck. George was polite and a great ambassador for Lowes.

Clean and very organized. Excellent inventory. Very helpful staff who aren’t in a rush or understaffed.

Needed a stud finder. (the one I carry in the car didn't say anything ? Lol- joke) a really large selection in the tool area. Really nice.

I'm repainting my walls and didn't know the exact color I used before so I brought a paint chip to Lowe's and Robert was so helpful with matching my color. He tried a few different combinations until it was a perfect match and didn't let us leave until we were satisfied. Wonderful customer service and would come back!

A great shopping experience; much better than your average Lowe's. I needed an obscure fastener for an ancient garage door opener, and the dude over in hardware worked with me for 30 minutes to figure out what it was and get me what I need. Great work.

They are great on helping my 82 year old dad on his projects!

Lows is great always has what I need. Picked up a couple of door latches. These are very easy to use and helpful to keep curious smart toddlers from getting outside without permission or supervision.

Store was very busy. Workers extremely helpful getting us concrete and fence and helping us load it. I was surprised at how helpful they were. Lowes used to be this way before the C0v!d fiasco... good to see it getting back there. I've always enjoyed going to THIS Lowes.

As a combat veteran, I'm always a big fan of Lowes. The prices are good and they always seem to have staff available that are knowledgeable.

Customer service was great and the prices are competitive! But I could be biased since it's in my my top five favorite home improvement and tool stores!

Went to my local Lowes to purchase appliances. I was greeted by a young man named Lake. He was very helpful in the process in my order and knew what he was doing to process the orders efficiently. I was happy Lowes offered items I wanted and that Lake was so helpful. I love my local Lowes.

Shop here for work on almost a daily basis, seriously. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about the products and parts. If they don't personally know the answer they try to find someone who does. They always have a good selection and try hard to keep little items in the right places. It's the best place to shop around McKinney.

Had a great afternoon at a Rangers vs Royals ball game. Everyone was very friendly considering we were wearing our Rangers shirts and caps.

We bought a house and had to buy some new appliances. Lowes not only had the best prices but the best customer service as well! Even when I had to call in to get help changing my delivery date they went above and beyond.

I had to stop by Lowe's yesterday because I was on the hunt for a succulent soil mix. Well I finally found some at Lowe's after several failed attempts elsewhere. I should have started here since Lowe's almost always has exactly what I'm looking for. I headed to the garden center immediately but I was slightly overwhelmed looking for a small bag of cacti soil, so I finally found a young man who worked there that was more than happy to help me locate the soil. He was one of the nicest & most helpful people who've helped me out in a while. I began browsing around a couple other aisles & as I wondered around I began encountering other employees who I have to say were all some of the sweetest most helpful employees anywhere. It's nice to come across a business where everyone seems very happy to be at work not miserable. So I have to give it to Lowe's in McKinney at 380 & 75 for having some of the best, most knowledgeable, confident & nicest employees I've seen in a long time at any Lowe's. So if your in the area you should definitely stop in and shop here, you won't regret it. Thank you for making my shopping experience there yesterday an awesome one. You get 5 Stars from me, keep up the good work
