Dr. Howard & Dr. Gomez has the best pharmacy ever. Their advice makes the entire pharmacy a benefit worth mentioning indeed. A big Thank You to Mohammed for suggesting to speak w/ pharmacist when confused. Everyone is welcoming. No toxicity inside. I have my favorites. It's the entire staff. Everyone. Come see. Go visit. You'll definitely enjoy indeed. Trevor in the meat dept will get straight up about his items & their availability. Will and the crew will help you find anything! Very good experience. They are promoting digital sale, if you sign up online then you qualify for that. Breyers 1.5 quart ice cream regular price $7.99, with Kroger's membership card $3.99, if you signed up online then price goes down to $2.99 !!!
But there is a catch, you have to buy 5 of them (any kind seven to choose from) to get the additional discount. We bought several other things last night, we had a lot of savings.

Kroger is better than what people post. I'm happy with my purchases and check out. I shop all 3 Krogers, Tom Thum and Market Street. Variety is the spice of life!

I've been to this store many times, always a wonderful experience. I appreciate everyone, so kind, compassionate, caring, kind, helpful, and considerate. Remarkable meal specials, unlike any other Kroger, or Market. I'm definitely coming back over, and over again. Everyone should give This Kroger a visit. Great store highly recommended. I find that their prices are lower than Walmart. This location itself has really good customer service and lines are short.

This is a Place that I run to everyday almost! Fresh fruits and veggies for great prices! Love the staff! I do remember once where there was a rude worker. I asked him if the checkout was still open and he rudely responded and said go to the self checkout! Other than that, I love the staff and love the ambiance of the store!

Nothing bad to say about this place. Prices are good, they usually have what I am looking for. They even stock voodoo chips which are really hard to find. The sushi is great, sandwiches from the deli are good too. It can be a little busy if you go around 5pm, but that's natural.

Very clean establishment unlike the other reviews say. I purchased a Cobb salad with chicken from the Heritage Trace location in Fort Worth, once I got to work today and opened the salad it was a piece of hair on the chicken. I called this location (Coppell on Sandy Lake) and they were very helpful, Harvey the Store Manager was polite and when I arrived they were already waiting to help me exchange my salad for another. It isn't always about why you had a complaint but how you were treated by the staff. I appreciate their time and politeness for something so simple. Way to go Kroger!!!

Wonderful cashier lady named Mr. Sherry helped me today.....she told me she is celebrating 17 years with Kroger......greeted me with kindness and great spirits. Couldn't have asked for a better way to start my Friday!!! Need more people like her. Awesome customer service!!! 5 + stars

Nathan In pick up/delivery section of the store was super nice. I needed a mask and I told him I would buy one, he just went ahead and gave me one of his. The employees at this store are always nice and pleasant to be around.

Kroger has an excellent store brand and easy to use digital coupon systm. This store has friendly checkers. My only issue is that the posted and sale prices, especially in produce dept., often ring up higher at the register. I use self-service scanner mostly so I can watch the prices closely and avoid a return trip for refund on overcharged items.

I love this Kroger store compared to others in the Lewisville/Coppell area. This location is a little further than the one near my home, but it has much better staff and a wider selection of items. It's also never too busy, even on the weekends during peak shopping times, so less of a headache to get in and out quickly. Two thumbs up!

This is one of the most clean stores I’ve been to. Everything is nicely organized and well kept. The store manager is friendly and really cares for his store. And their fresh sushi is pretty good!

Sometimes can get a tad busy but even at that, it's worth it. They provide quality products, fair pricing and decent service. Compared to other grocery stores, Kroger wins easily.
