Amazing store. My wife and I hadn’t ever shopped here before today.

I took my granddaughter to the Disneyland of organizational stores yesterday. She was in heaven. I enjoyed watching her like a pinball going from one display to another finding treasures that she never thought existed. It was fun. It was informative and we will be going back.

Love this place! Great quality. A lil pricey. However, you can’t put a price on how great it feels to be organized. For me it’s worth the cost to feel clutter free. Great job!

Came in for one thing, barely escaped with only 3. This place is like a drug for someone who has OCD. The cleanliness, the organization, all the possibilities. Yeah, I might be in love.

Honestly though, the staff are courteous, funny, and fun to talk with. Definitely going back to visit as projects pan out.

Outstanding customer service. The Container Store rocks! I will most certainly support this store for the foreseeable future. They carry customer service to the nth degree. I bought the Elfa Decor System for our house remodel. The designer who helped us put the plans together was free to us. She even told us when to make the purchase so we could take advantage of the 30% off sale that was coming up. She set up a time to call me to take my credit card so purchasing was quick and easy over the phone. When the installer showed up today he was professional and courteous and when he finished we ended up needing some modifications to the design. Rather than have me go to the store to return things and get others, he called the store to get what he needed, returned the wrong and extra pieces, got the credit issued to my CC and then came back to the house to finish the job. Well done!!!!!

Walk into The Container Store, you'd expect aisles of neatly stacked boxes and a functional retail experience. What you wouldn't anticipate is to befriend a sassy, positively effervescent associate who could give ​Oprah a run for her money.

Picture this, the iconic figure of care and warmth known as Karen, armed with her magical Perspex clipboard, stands in a sea of storage options. She's not just an associate - she's the human embodiment of a warm hug, a heartfelt conversation, and an album of feel-good memories bundled into a bright orange apron.

The moment you meet Karen, it's like you've unintentionally signed up for the "Oprah’s Book Club" of retail experiences. The way she navigates those tricky lidded boxes, it's more like a tap dance number than a simple retrieval task. If I had a nickel for every time she made me laugh while discussing storage solutions for my socks, I'd be writing this review from my penthouse in ​Beverly Hills.

Her empathetic nature can make you question if this is a dream sequence from a feel-good sitcom. Is she your employee, mom, or best friend? The answer is - an implausible, delightful combination of all three. And oh boy - Karen can scroll through your pics with the pride of a pageant mom. Shopping has never been more enjoyable (or hilarious!) – I'd lose count of how many times I belly-laughed while deciding between plastic tubs. Karen’s got jokes that would make stand-up comedians sweat and a heart that could expand quicker than the store's collection of collapsible storage bins.

This location is just terrific. The people are top-notch: Helpful, not pushy. Informed. Love the staff!

This time we made a quick stop for just a few things and were assisted by an informative helper twice. I should have made note of her name. She was fantastic!

Lots of selection. A variety of products for every need, hobby and whim. I really love it when stocking stuffers arrive. Lots of innovative cool gadgets to make life easier and the perfect price range for Christmas gifts.

I need to speak about the amazing staff at this location. Upon arrival, they were all so friendly and willing to answer any questions. As we were exploring the store, my mom noticed my sister being followed by a “customer” in the store. I put it in quotes because he was alone and clearly not shopping. After alerting the staff about the situation, they quickly had all eyes on this person and us. Everyone was making sure we got to our car safely. There are some crazy people in this world, and we were so blessed by the staff at this store. Thank you!

I am a super fan of this store and not just because I have a thing for organizing. Both times I've gone recently I had the same checker and she was very nice. I wish the aisles were slightly wider here but I am addicted to organizing. I especially love that they have a little shelf with 1x1in graph paper lining it so that you can set your little boxes on it to see how everything goes together for your drawer. Genius.

Nice store with lots and lots of containers of so many different types and for different needs. They also have a section for organising stuff in the wardrobes and the display of different home decor materials for dyi things 👍

Great staff helped me choose the best options for a trip. Every salesperson was right there asking the right questions to help make choices. Get to go home and try them out. Good returns policy. They have a million solutions you didn't know you couldn't do without. Very organized, roomy, and clean. Focus is on quality, rather than cheap prices on temporary solutions.

Babette was great! We literally spent like 2 hours with her before closing and she was very pleasant and patient. I felt bad because we kept changing our mind on things and she redid our plan like 4 times. She’s great.

I've never been in a store that cared so much for it's customers. I went in early one Saturday morning and severe thunderstorms were raging. Sales people were locked down the doors to prevent them from being damaged, but the staff was amazing in telling me they had procedures if a tornado warning was issued and that they hoped I would stay inside and stay safe. Not a high pressure sales tactic, but genuine concern and sincerity. Will make this my Container Store of choice when in Dallas area from now on!

Love the staff at this location! It's always busy and they are still always pleasant and helpful. My curbside pickups are always accurate and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for it to come out.
