Spec's Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods

We needed to restock the wine cellar (aka utility room off kitchen) and wanted to try the latest new liquor store in Plano. Layout and offerings much the same as others we have shopped. Helpful staff. We noticed a few items not found at Total Wine stores so we will come back for them. Posted a few photos.

I am a scotch whisky fan and this place sure does have a superb selection of them! Like their prices and the setup is nice. If you are looking a for a good liquor selection and a worthy alternative to Total wines then surely stop by.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Greeted promptly, and as I was walking around, Randy asked if we needed help. Told him the brand and name and he led us off to exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

Nice new store. A large selection of tour favorite wines, spirits, and related items. An entire isle featuring the best tequilas and mezcals. BTW 400 Conejos is one of the best Mezcals, and Maestro Doble is your best Tequila. (Chill it for a greater experience)

The selection is very good and the store is well designed.

The manager, Andy, was very accommodating when I asked about the allocated bourbon system.
