Delightful family owned and operated UPS store. So grateful to have them in the area! Always welcomed warmly and professionally served. I use for my wife’s real-estate business for everything from packaging and shipping to presentation printing and binding. They also offer business cards, secure on site shredding and much more. Highly recommend with confidence!

Monika carefully packed our paintings to ship to Mexico and followed along with the tracking and arrival at Mexican customs. Unfortunately, we discovered that the import taxes were going to be too much (which is not something you can find out ahead of time) and Monika checked daily on the status of tracking upon the return to us to our home in Plano and they arrived in excellent shape. She carefully repacked them again to take as checked boxes on the plane….I will definitely use Monika and her husband and son for all of my shipping needs in the future❣

I been there on March 10 around 11:00, and I have the big furniture to return. The store manager and stuff there is really nice and professional to help me do the return process. It’s the trustable store, I wish UPS could appreciate they have such amazing employees!

The best UPS EVER! I have been meaning to leave a review on here for forever. The family who owns this UPS is so kind, attentive to every customer, patient, timely, and genuinely care about taking care of every customer who walks through their door. I cannot go on enough how amazing they are. I never thought I could be such big fans of a UPS, but here I am writing a raving review on Google. 10/10 recommend going to this UPS for any personal or company shipments, notaries, etc!

Yesterday, I went into this UPS store to return a rug from Amazon and I did not have the label for this return nor the packaging material for it. One of the associates helped me pack the rug & print the label without giving attitude. They made my Amazon return very easy. I would have given them more than 5 stars on this review.

I received great costumer service at this location. They were helpful and fast. I was needing something mailed quickly and due to the mail already being picked up that day from the location, they mailed it off personally so that my item would arrive to its destination on time!

I have to make this review personal I call UPS store #7608 on 8408 Preston Rd my family home store. They are awesome. Love the customer service. They are always happy and willing to serve. I appreciate The customer service it is above and beyond and they’re only 5 min from my home!!!

This location is going to be my 'go to' location though it's quite a distance from McKinney. Their service is on a very different level - highly professional and very friendly - which is quite rare. Swatantra and Monika - Please keep it up as your business grows!

I recently shipped items from a trade show home. Monika was so helpful-knowledgeable, accurate and very nice. My shipment was heavy, expensive and fragile-she helped me so much.
