Julissa and Tyler were a great help ! Took there time to explain things and actually put me on first net !! If you go to this store ask for one of them to help

My experience was flawless. Julissa was a super star. She was so patient with me ( technology challenged)
She did her due diligence with finding me the best phone for the best price. She even went out of her way to get me a receipt for a phone my husband purchased over 6 months ago.
I didn’t have an appointment, but was taken care of right away. 5* to Julissa

First girl was horrible told me I had to do everything on phone with a&tt second girl got it done for me in store 🙃

The store is comfortable and well laid out. On top of that the staff is some the friendliest retail people I’ve ever met. Corey, the store manager was incredibly helpful and kind when I was having a difficult time switching carriers. And I’ve now worked with Chris twice to set up and add services to my account. Both times he has been patient and taken the time to work through details, explain options and make sure I was getting what I wanted and needed and knew what to expect for cost. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this location and those staff I’ve interacted with. Very pleased I decided to switch and that I had them to help me

The best experience . From the minute I walked in I was greeted and they started on my phone right away.
The solved the issues. The rep that helped me was fantastic . She not only knew her stuff she helped me hook up my phone in my car... exceeded all of my expectations. She was marvelous!!!!! Do not hesitate to go to this store in Cortlandt Manor. I want to say a big thank you !!!

I came in today to upgrade my phone and purchase a watch. The AT&T professional was both helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to see what advantages/specials I qualified for. Daniel did amazing job in making the whole process simple.

Dan was awesome and helped set me on the right path. Honest people working there. Switched from previous carrier of 6 years. It was a massive relief not worrying about hidden charges vs big red and hidden charges their associates have thrown on my previous account.

Excellent customer service went in last night and Chris was amazing. Very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions I had. He got me the best deal possible and a excellent phone. I highly recommend going to see him if you are in the market for a new phone or looking to upgrade. I felt no rush from him or anyone there and waited less than 1 minute after I got in the door to be helped. I will definitely be going back when I need my next phone and recommending here to others.

It was excellent to be served in your establishment, and a pleasure to be taken care of by Corey Gardner. The retail sales Manager was affirmative, knows what he was doing. He was very knowledgable, ref all phones in the establishment. Is a very courteous gentleman, friendly, loving, and was willing to help in every way. I would recommend him very highly to his higher up, and every one that will listen. He will take your establishment to a higher level, because he knows what he wants, how to approach others, and how to go about establishing it. He is a very energetic person with so much potentials and so much to offer to others, to your company, and others as a whole. I would highly recommend him.

I just would like to thank Doug at AT&T In Cortlandt Manor. My son and I went in to get him a new phone. Doug was so helpful, knowledgeable AND patient not to mention super friendly! I have also been assisted by Missy in the past and she was awesome as well. Make an appointment! Super easy to do online and you will not wait!

Just got a new phone and new service for my daughter. The customer service was outstanding. The store had a great selection of phones and cases. Missy explained all my options very clearly and made our shopping experience fun!

The team here is super helpful. I went to an authorized dealer during the whole Galaxy 7 issue. They screwed up my account...months later still paying for the error. The team here was very patient and resourceful they stuck with us till everything was resolved.
