Stop & Shop

The store itself is clean and fine! I am not writing my review for the store in particular however they do have a worker there who I think is a phenomenal asset to their store and I wanted to bring attention to him. His name is Thomas and I often catch him in the parking lot collecting carts or in the vegetable department. He has been there for many years he always wears a hat and has glasses. I have never seen a store employee who always has such a positive attitude. He always greets me with a handshake and today I was in the store for the first time in maybe a year and he called me by name and I was completely in shock! I have never seen him not working hard and he is such an asset to your company. I hope everyone gets a chance to meet Thomas because he is purely a delight! And I look forward to coming in to your store just for the wonderful reception. You have a fantastic employee in Thomas! And I wanted to make sure management was aware of it. Very rare in todays day and age.

Its always clean and the staff are all nice. Some things are little pricey. So i only buy certain things ftom here. Like the pistachio muffins are a must.

My experience at Stop & Shop is ALWAYS very good.

Barring none, the staff is very courteous and helpful, plus the service is exceptional.

One of the things that makes my experience always so special is their store card. With this you get a lot of deals, specials and you can get just about any and everything there. No card...still no problem. They will give you a temporary one so you can check out with those specials.

I recommend this supermarket to anyone in Peekskill and surrounding areas.

I love their scanning guns, it really speeds up checkout. While there are periodic issues of items on my list not being in stock, generally everything I need is available. Finally, I have had a good experience with curb-side pickup. I prefer to shop myself, especially given the low stock concerns, but have used curb-side pickup dozens of times.

MY CART GUY PETER IS THE FREAKING BEST! SUCH A HARD WORKER! ALWAYS SO CHEERFUL AND READY TO TALK LOL, WILLING TO HELP ANY WAY HE CAN. STOP & SHOP TREAT HIM GOOD!!! HE IS ONE OF A KIND!! DESERVES SOME TYPE OF REWARD :)

I love this place.. The worker are so nice. I got to try so fresh orange juice. Cheeses and i couldn't find my savings card in they put one in for me. I wouldn't mind spending my money in that store. Keep up the great work all stop&shop employees.

I been going to Stop & Shop since I was born, I always have a great experience when I go. The deals are great and the meat and produce is very fresh and the organic section is great. The Deli and bakery employees are very nice. An amazing place to go for Grocery shopping.

Stop and Shop is a really quality grocery store. I have lived all over the country, and I think this is one of the best stores I have ever had the privilege to have near me. The produce is fresh and beautifully displayed, and the staff is always helpful and kind.

My favorite store to purchase my fruit, vegetables, milk, etc.. all fresh, maybe a little pricey according to other people who compare. Always have all I need. Big parking lot.

I love this store, from the bakery to dairy. So clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly, it's a joy to shop there. Thank you for keeping my and many other families going thru these past few months. You all have been truly amazing 🥰

Good food selection, great deli and bakery options, and decently helpful employees. The scanning guns they have help speed up the process, especially considering that the lines are generally long. There's a ShopRite down the street where you can get any groceries this place doesn't have.

It's a grocery store pay it a visit

It's fine, standard as far as supermarkets go. BUT they have the price gun, which transforms your shopping experience! It's right at the door when you walk in, put in your number, grab the 'gun', scan your items, put em in your bag, go to self check out, scan the 'gun', pay & you're out the door. It's an AMAZING time saver!👍👍

Everything is always fresh and well stocked. Prices are affordable. Great staff. I've been going there for years!

It's convenient, clean, and has an extensive vegetable area. Stop & Shop still has the best selection of kale and lettuce, though the new ShopRite has a far bigger selection of all other veggies and baked goods.

Clean well kept store. All employees friendly and helpful…they are well stocked with products and everything is fresh. Love this store !

Don't shop here much, but may start to ship more. Couldn't find an item, so I asked a clerk. He was so helpful, he didn't just point me in the right direction, he showed me right where it was, and it was on the other side of the store. Wish I got his name. THANKS!!
