Ramsey Subaru Service Center

I sent my Ascent here for troubleshooting the noise and A/C issue. The service was awesome. The agent was very professional and always keep me posted. The technician was able to spot and fix my issue quickly. I did my road testing with the technician who was very responsible and patient to explain to me the issue. Make me feel it was a great choice to have the Ascent over other cars.

I have trusted this place with my vehicles for over a decade, and I know I will only buy Subarus and bring them here if I can help it. The service is top notch, and as a woman, I never feel like they’re trying to pull the wool over my eyes. The loaner vehicles are a wonderful touch. Bottom line, this place is worth every penny!

the facility is very clean, the waiting room is very spacious with comfortable seats and free snack and coffee. the service rep is very courteous and he explained to me what services will be done to my car. he also informed me of the approximate wait time for the car. the car was actually ready to be taken home earlier than expected.

I’ve been bringing my cars to the Ramsey Subaru Service Center for over 3 years now and I have a great experience each time. The representatives are attentive and helpful with any questions and the service is thorough. If you plan to wait onsite for your car, they have a large waiting area and offer refreshments as well. I’ve received great service every time along with a free car wash. I look forward to coming back!

I’ve always had a great experience with Ramsey Subaru service. They work well as a team to have my car serviced and provide a rental. They have been flexible with drop off and pick up and never pushed or overcharged for repairs. I live over an hour from this service center and won’t go anywhere closer.

Well done to Morgan. It was nice working with a service advisor who was helpful, candid, professional and genuine. She kept me up-to-date, was very responsive. They did a great job on serving the car. I hope they look to Morgan as a good example of what customer service is. Good job to the techs who are always on their game.

The multipoint inspection gives additional peace of mind as well.

Our car broke down late Saturday, the 23rd, evening. We were 30 miles from our home in Brooklyn and a hundred miles from our cabin upstate. I was able to get the car to Ramsey and drop the keys off. And fortunately I was able to have a friend drive the hundred miles down and back to pick us up.

And we were flying across the country on the 25th.

I spoke to them after the holiday and they were able to run diagnostics and fix the car. The problem was actually covered under warranty so it was a no cost repair.

We came back before New Year's and the car was repaired and they left it in the lot for us so we could pick it up after hours.

They were very courteous and treated us like a long-term client even though it was just happenstance that brought us there. I'm very thankful of their helpful staff, Drew in particular.

Since we're looking for a new car anyway, we'll definitely check out Ramsey Subaru.

It's worth going to Ramsey for service. I live on Long Island and I drive an hour plus so that Ramsey Subaru services my vehicle; I do happen to have friends in the area that I visit when I go there, but the dealers by me have proven not to be efficient, do not repair my vehicle correctly, and loaners are always in terrible condition.

My service advisor, Morgan Kirk, is awesome along with the entire staff. During the latest visit, they noticed that the stabilizer links were not installed correctly by the local dealer I had to use to address a sway bar issue. I was really hesitant to drop off my car at a local dealer and really contemplated on getting my car to Ramsey, which I should have.

During my latest visit, Ramsey addressed a front suspension issue, which was partially attributed to the incorrectly installed stabilizer link, and now my car rides smooth, like new. Thank you Morgan!

They are a car dealers service center. That being said the prices are pretty reasonable. And the staff is incredibly helpful and ended up saving me a lot of money on a big repair. Do your due diligence, but the quality of work and service has been the best I have experienced.

A bit of a drive for me, but they have better pricing than other Subaru dealerships and they actually do the work promised. I've been doing my major service intervals here and have never been disappointed.

Brought my CPO Forester in for its first express oil change and tire rotation. I am impressed by both the staff and facility. Jeremy was my service rep. He got me in and out in a fast & professional manner. Highly recommended!

The staff is always great. From helping find the USB port in the loaner to calling me to let me know that I left my water bottle. Oh yeah and my vehicle was fixed promptly and handed with care. Thank you Isaia and Morgan

2021 Forester: Always exceptional service, I’ve dealt with Prestige Lexus and Jack Daniels service for previous and current cars and they aren’t as attentive or knowledgeable. The service here is the reason also my next car again will be a Subaru. My most recent service advisor was David Melendez and he is excellent, followed up when parts came in,etc. Always kept me aware of progress. I’ve been going there for a couple of years and I ALWAYS get quality service from every service advisors.

Even though I was a bit early, 8:15 am, I was greeted and warmly welcomed! They processed my car and I was off to continue my day. They explained what was done today and what will need to be taken care of at my car’s 6 month or 60000 mile check up!! No surprises, pricing explained. I am very happy with Subaru Service!!!!!😃

It was a busy day for the Subaru tech crew so the wait time was a little long, but I didn’t mind since I didn’t have anything to do for the rest of the day. As soon as I walked in Drew waved me over to his desk asked me the details for my vehicle and began to look up the info. He told me I had a second complimentary oil change and tire rotation since it was close to one year with my Subaru Forester. He had I sign a paper and off I went into the waiting area. I saw the parts department off in the corner so it piqued my interested so I walked over asked about something I wanted for a while now and purchased a center console tray. As soon as the vehicle was done being worked on I walked over to one of the employees and let them know that my vehicle was parked in line to go. I signed off on some paperwork and was on my way.

Excellent service experience! The service advisor was courteous and efficient, and I was in and out in record time. Also, the work was done to my complete satisfaction.

Service center is always very clean, especially the waiting area. Technicians and staff are very friendly. My wife and I bring both our cars here and drive 45 because of the exceptional service. Wouldn't change a thing.
