Nike Factory Store - Woodbury

No Wait, No lines, they supply a great selection of on Sale items. The prices are very low and the deals are insane. The Sale sneakers on the wall qualify for an additional discount when you use your Nike App. I paid $53 for a pair of Jordan's that were Originally $199. Staff is very knowledgeable about the deals the store has and that you may qualify for.

Shoutsout to the Man Darrel!! One of the most helpful worker I encountered with. Had trouble finding some shoes and he was able to give me several options on sneakers that match my style & some dope sweats & socks. Highly recommend if you come to Nike Woodbury look for Darrel , definitely will return and hopefully I bump heads with him again Lol!

Tyler came right up to me to ask if I needed help. Emily’s shift was over and she still took time to help me get the exact shoes I needed. Tyler and Emily are top-notch all around!!

Nice Nike outlet store. Many selection of sneakers and sports wear. Some of the staff are friendly but others are not. But that’s how it is in almost all businesses!
My little son wanted the Jordan 4 but they didn’t have them in stock. He asked one of the staff members and he was told they were all out.
It was nice to see the staff member recognized my son’s disappointment to hear the sneakers he wanted were not in stock. Instead of just walking away from him, he complimented my son on the shoes he was wearing and joked around with him to make him feel better. Although my son did not obviously get the shoes he wanted, he walked away happy and we ended up buying a couple of other styles he liked. Great experience!

Wonderful experience!! Customer service was delightful, a young man named darrel helped me pick out the right shoes for my niece and an adorable outfit to match and a bag so i didn’t have to hold my items. The prices at this location were reasonable as well.

I was super pleased today a young lady by the name Christine was very professional and has great customer service skills. I will definitely drive back up here to shop again. Corporate did an excellent job in bringing her aboard.🤗

Best Nike store I have been to! Was able to find a lot of the classic sweats and shoes I needed. The sizes available are expansive!

It was a great experience. And even staff was pretty helpful. I lost my watch back in changing room and going back staff had my watch with them safe.

This was a pleasant surprise! My wife found two pairs of shoes and we spent less than what one pair might have cost online!!!!
Also, the customer service was outstanding, we had to make a return and it was so easy!

Amazing customer service , a young adult named darrell assisted me and my young daughter with autism and my grandson with so much we were lookin for lebrons for kids and he gave us 3 different kinds that were 30% off, We lost him for a second but a manager name Justin helped us find him , darrell was helping someone else. I truly appreciate what he did for me and my daughter and now she loves her new lebrons

The workers here are incredibly and super understanding, I was in a tough situation when exchanging my shoes when Justin and Dylan came to help me. The previous worker who did my purchase completely messed up my Nike account. Those two understood my situation and found a solution quickly and efficiently. Came here during a not so busy time which was amazing. Got my three kids sneakers for school and clothes for myself. I was finally happy to be able to shop without worrying about the lines looking crazy. The prices are great to. Best to go when it is calm and not so busy.

Staff was friendly and very helpful, the place was very neat and organized making it easy to shop.

The experience was really nice smooth and simple i was helped by a young athlete who said his name was Patrick and he helped me pick out everything i wanted in the women’s department he even helped me style certain pieces of clothing i had i told him i was going to definitely give him a review for all his help would totally recommend anybody to look for that young man very helpful staff member
