Stock has increased and security measures as well. Store has been cleaned up and organized better than I've seen it in a long time! Good work Home Depot keep it up!

I ordered a product through customer service and was having issues with the company being used to deliver it. I called and spoke with the manager at the Home Depot and she arranged for one of her employees to personally deliver it to me. Above and beyond service from everyone I spoke to at the Cortlandt Home Depot.

We enjoy attending the Saturday KIDS workshops to build crafts. It is a great opportunity to allow your child to hammer, screw and paint. The store has improved the spacing of tables and distribution of materials. We are close to a dozen badges.

Had everything I needed. Salesman were nice and helpful.
In my last visit Galo sales associate was outstandingly nice and helpful. He helped me find the items I needed and when there where only 2 there and I needed an additional 4 he checked the inventory of another Home Depot store nearby to verify that they had the items I needed in stock. Thanks Galo for your help, kindness and care.

Love this store, Christmas tree looks great. Decent paint products I used regularly for work projects.

I was MILES away from home running errands. I stopped by this Home Depot to look for plumbing supply regarding my kitchen faucet. I needed PVC pipe and some primer to install my new faucet. I wasn’t too sure about the measurements for the pipes. But luckily a Home Depot employee from the plumbing section appears, And spends time doing his best to assist me with ALL materials needed. He proceeds to explain EVERY detail and any questions or concerns I had. I wish I got his name, But he was a slim, knowledgeable young man I’m assuming in his 20’s. Overall the employees at this Home Depot are SO welcoming, friendly and helpful. I’d recommend 100%

The only reason I am giving a five star review is because of one person- Aaron K. This employee went above and beyond in the customer care department to make sure we were taken care of. Also, even though the computer was “acting up” he make sure we received our military discount. I had asked two other employees for help and after telling me, “ give me a minute “ , they never came back to help me. Thank you Aaron K for your professionalism and for all your patience.

Pete in the paint department went above and beyond to help us choose the right paint. I truly appreciated all his help and advice. Customer service like that isn’t easy to come across anymore. Thank you Pete!

What makes Home Depot great are wonderful employees like Ray, who greets you from his wheelchair when you enter the store and in his very pleasant and personable way tries to help you with whatever you need. He made some creative suggestions that helped me to complete my purchase. And there was Michelle in the customer service area who spent a lot of time with me to make sure my order was completed in the best possible way. How nice to deal with people who have such great personalities. Thanks so much you two! And thanks to Supervisor Camila.

I was at Home Depot @ Raceway store#8465 and Hilary in millwork was not only polite and professional, she showed no exasperation with the volume of requests and over my last 3 visits, has proven to be a wealth of knowledge in the millwork department, finding everything that I could not.

Kudos to Hilary and to home depot for hiring this amazing asset!

This Home Depot has everything you can dream of in making your home ready for the season

I have been living in this area for over 7 years now and I have to say during those 7 years I have created a lot of relationships through the employees of Home Depot. Specifically a shot out to Chris who has known me and my husband and often is greeting us when we walk in. If someone sees that you need help they do not look the other way they actually shout out to you and say how can I help you! The customer service is definitely impeccable as well.

Hello fellow shoppers. Had a problem with a product I brought there. The Associate was so respectful, and made me feel like a VALUED CUSTOMER. He was able to figure out the best option for me. I left a very very happy customer. Thank you Dee for being a Rock Star.

Just wanted to take the time to say that the Staff at Mohegan Lake Home Depot deserve more than five stars. Steve who helped me at the return desk was able to figure out how to exchange a weed whacker that we purchased a few months ago but could not find our receipt for. I thought for sure we would be purchasing a new one but nope he was able to do an exchange for us. Also Joel in carpeting was super sweet, helpful and patient with me trying to figure out if we could afford a new carpet. He to deok his time explaining all the details and ways I could save to keep me under my budget ! I also have to thank the managers that helped me pay for my items when My Husband and I were not well and trying to clean our house top to bottom and needed many different cleaning supplies . They truly all have such kind hearts and went out of their way to help me and my family ♡ So if you ever need to go to Home Depot this is the place to go !

Went for weed fabric (nothing to do with Marijuana) for my garden. Did not have in stock the item I wanted. I asked him when the next delivery of fabric was expected. He was not certain when the restocking of the item would happen. After a short discussion and without me asking the customer service rep gave me a discount on a similar roll of fabric that was on the shelf. It was a good discount and I made the purchase.

Doug was extremely helpful today. My parents spent close to an hour and a half trying to decide what stove to get. All the back and forth was a lot but Doug was extremely patient and helpful during the entire process. Tried to get the manager’s attention to let them know what a great job he did but I couldn’t find them. Thanks a bunch Doug!!!!!

Lazaro in the hardware department was very helpful in assisting me with purchasing the correct equipment for my project of building a drawer. Thank you!

I'm giving this HD five stars purely because I have come here every single day for the last two months as I slowly make my house habitable, and the employees have been pretty helpful in a myriad of situations. As far as stores go in general, Home Depot has the foibles that Home Depot has. Some stuff is more expensive than it should be. This one, however, has five stars.

Excellent home, gardening suppilies. Customers Service is extremly helpful, knowledgeble and always make great suggests on home improvement ideas. The store is large and the positive part there is always workers on the floor help assist with questions and concerns. Parking is great. I highly reccomend Home Depot, they are the best. GREAT !
