The Castle Fun Center

This place was an amazing experience for the kids. There are two bounce houses, one for toddlers and one for older kids. The older kids' area is large. The arcade area is also large and has many different games. They have food available. The one thing we didn't visit was the go karts. That's for the next time around.

Lots of fun. my son really wanted to go skating but had lots of fun on the New bounce place instead. he had been hit by one of the play things in the bounce area and bruised his nose a bit. Mini golf is nice here and a bunny came and hung out with us.

Amazing place, ran the blue course before it closed. Definitely come before 7 if you want to finish a full round. Great fun and just a beautiful mini golf course! Great for warmer seasons.

Sure you and your kids will have a fun day fun activities here from game to bouncing house, outdoor games. Food is not expensive either... Recommended

The kids loved this place. I think the best time to go is weekend mornings when the rides and attractions are half price, and it is not crowded. The rides and attractions are not cheap. Except for the ball pit, where you get an all day bracelet (best economic option), all other attractions are pay per ride. There kids easily don't more than $100 in two hours. That being said, the things that were offered were really really enjoyed by the kids. There was a parents' area with a bar, but it wasn't open when we were there.

Found this place on google and no plans and weather was iffy. We have a 5&6 yr old and figure why not. Absolutely best choice we made. Go carts was great, laser tag was great , arcade had games for maybe a little older then ours however still fun. We did the roller skating. $50 for us 4. Brought us back! Everyone was friendly and we felt safe. A lot of hand sanitizers around on tables and hand sanitizing stations as you walk around. Margie in the front checking temperatures was the best. If we are ever around the area again we would definitely go. Some things were closed due to covid and weather but me managed to get the kids on a few rides! If your looking for something to do when there is nothing else . Definitely a must try!

My family and I had a blast playing laser tag at the castle fun center. Can't wait to go again soon.

Tried to go to Legoland but it was full so we came here instead! What a fun place they have a little something for everyone. Zip line, Go Karts, Kiddie rides, Roller skating, an Arcade, + More! My daughter had a blast!

Physically not a huge venue but definitely huge in fun. The rides were on the rather expensive side which depleted our 8000 credits ($80) very quickly between the 2 kids. Well, the 4 of us went on the ziplining ride, though, which was 10 bucks per person. It was fun but that knocked off half the credit within a matter of 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly and professional. I must admit that it wasn't the most cost-effective visit in the customer's viewpoint but yeah, the pricing was also very understandable. We'd definitely still visit again if we pass through the area again.

Great place for family fun. Best part for us are the go-karts and laser tag! They also have some cool virtual reality arcade games.

Went for last minute trip with my son before summer ends. My son is 10 and had a blast! Loved the mini golf, arcade, go cart, and especially the laser tag. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. Def a great place to go!

Fantastic place for the family, ironically enough I used to work here (many moons ago) and I am nothing short of impressed with all of the additions they have done. I hope to reconnect with the owner and bring my family back when it gets a little warmer.

As an Orange County resident for the last 20 years, I found The Castle through my wife's family. From that moment I arrived in the early 2000s and enjoyed some of the activities, my family, and especially my children have grown up with The Castle as a staple of fun in our lives.

From the classics like Mini Golf (in the Castle itself!) to Go-Carts, Laser Tag, Roller Rink and the Arcade, to the more recently added Zip-line, Slick Track Racing, Axe Throwing and a Midway of Amusement Park/Carnival rides, The Castle has never stopped investing in growing an in demand fun location.

Food and drink, for adults and kids, as well as being able to host parties and corporate events. The Castle is THE LOCAL place for FUN in the HUDSON VALLEY!

Had my sons 7th birthday here. We ordered the mini golf package with glow room. Kids had a blast in glow room and though we got rained out of mini golf barely into the 5th hole, the castle fin center was very accommodating and allowed us another indoor activity. Sam was our party hostess and she was beyond awesome!!! Def worth it

For what it is, I would say five stars, the mini golf is a lot of fun and the rides and bouncy houses are great. The cool thing about the castle is it is pay by attraction/ride, so it is low commitment, you could come in for half an hour and do two rides or you could stay there the whole day and do everything, and just get charged for what you did.

This place was awesome. They have a nice little Pub upstairs. Met the owner. Such a nice guy

This place is amazing. It's a little bit of everything! And just enough to satisfy all ages for a fun afternoon or evening with the family. The mini golf takes you thru an actual castle with falls, black light dungeon, and a castle to put into at end for a dragon show if you make the Hole in One! Zip line is a nice little rush, the arcade is way bigger than we imagined with new clean games and my daughter had a blast. Staff is old school local kids who care enough to make it fun. New paint was being put on the Dragon. Come support your local fun center!

So we used the Legoland purchased package for Castle Fun Center so I can't speak on price outside of the all-inclusive package, but that package is awesome for kids. They could do everything for 5 hours and there are a wide range of activities. The inflatable park was the best they've been to. Certainly some of the stuff looks a bit rough and in need of attention. The mini-golf course, for example... but it was still a lot of fun and the kids didn't notice/care that it could use a paint job and re-turfing in some areas ;).

I started the review because I also wanted to give a shout out to the staff. Of course they're young and of course when its not busy, they'll gather to talk. But in terms of doing their job, they were friendly + they were quick... my two kids are neurodivergent + can be a handful as they wanted to ride things over and over but it was never a problem. And the one guy who seemed in charge (was wearing black I think instead of the standard uniform) who was probably the same age as everyone else, was really on point. Helped get us set up with the package and jumped in on starting the rides when needed, etc. Much appreciated!
