CVS

Lisa Bucco is the head of the pharmacy at my CVS in Ramsey….I have never seen anyone better than her. She is calm cool and collected. We were going to switch pharmacy’s because the parking is very difficult in this CVS but after meeting Lisa we were not going anywhere. She listens to you, she explains things, she is knowledgeable and like I said impressed us with her calmness when things are very hectic as they often are. CVS should know what a good employee she is and hold right to her!

Pharmacy Services 12/10 - picked up 3 prescriptions to have ready for a surgery, one of which (a generic) coming out to $160, little magic worked by the pharmacist staff and that medicine came out to be $40. Basic math will tell you that’s 75% off, worth the minimal wait for this wizardry!!! Very nice and knowledgeable women :)

Best CVS around. The staff is wonderful, even the pharmacy which is always crazy busy behind the counter goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. I frequent many CVS locations but this one is the one I choose above the rest. The sales staff is competent, professional, and helpful in a way that you really don't see in a lot of pharmacy/retailers anymore. I will always recommend them to anyone!

The Store Manager Josh was fantastic in helping us the other day. My mother is 87 and has trouble getting around and Josh stopped everything to help her with everything she needed. I couldn't be more appreciative for the genuine care that she received.

This is by far the best CVS! This location is always clean, organized, fully stocked, and has very friendly employees that are incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this store.

I called today on a busy Saturday with a ton of questions and Valarie took the time to answer then all! Pls remember time is a busy place BECAUSE they are trying to help so many.

I think people are judging this place too harshly. I’m just going to discuss the pharmacy part. The other people are very nice and never had an issue with them. The people at the pharmacy are constantly swamped with customers, I see them always working very hard at their job. I’ve been going here for around 4 years because I work in the same area. They’re kind and yes, every one makes mistakes, but they never gave me attitude or were rude to me. They even call to check up if I need a refill if mine is almost done, which I almost never had any other pharmacy do. I’ve never had an issue once with them and I see them at least once every 3 months. They’re honestly so much better than a small pharmacy in Oakland I used to go to. I think the pharmacy needs more staff

I pick up medications here once or twice a month. There's usually only one person at the counter so it gets busy sometimes, but they're always very nice and patient with others, including myself.

This isn't a 24 hour CVS, but it's close. The staff here has always done their best to answer any questions that I might have. Your normal run of the mill CVS goods are stocked here.

I’m required to get my prescriptions through CVS and typically this location is great. However, tonight was not a good experience. The woman working at the pharmacy register was straight up nasty and the customer that was also at the counter was complaining about his insurance and how this CVS always gets it wrong. Just a lame experience overall.

Pharmacy staff is rude......it also seems like it is policy to leave people on hold for exactly 15 mins before picking the phone up.

A necessary evil when you need a RX filled. I can't help but feel somewhat dirty when I walk out.

Smaller location. Relatively clean and stocked. Pharmacy staff were not very helpful. Not sure I will return unless it is an emergency to do so.

Wife went there for a covid test. No one seemed to know how to do that job. Hours later we get no word of the results of her test. She gets suspicious that something went wrong on their end, calls, and they tell her “oh there was something wrong with the machine, so we don’t know your tests results.” No apology, no follow-up appointment with priority, no nothing. Thanks, CVS!

Always a wait ... staffs nice but wait is always ridiculous
