Great buy to buy a certified car!! Smooth experience from choosing a car to test drive to closing!! Travis (Sales Manager) had been really helpful through out the journey. John, Finance Manager, explained all the knits ad grits on the purchase/contract day. I would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic service! They were friendly, professional, and efficient. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and was told the tires were good and I didn’t need a rotation yet. Loved the honesty! Travis Jordan called me one day out of the blue. I told Travis what I wanted and he delivered. I was not expecting to go from work straight to the dealership.

It took me 40 minutes to get to the dealership from Westchester. I signed the papers in 15 minutes. My ride to get to Ramsey Nissan was longer than the process of getting the car. The process was easy and smooth!

Ask for Travis Jordan, very nice young man. He was very honest with me which is difficult to find in some dealerships. Also, thank you to Travis's boss who accepted the deal. Even the person who helped me sign the lease made the process is easy. 15 minutes is my record in getting a car.

Mike is professional, personable, courteous and knowledgeable, all necessary traits that one should have in his position. They are excellent! The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I went there to get service on my car and they were very efficient. The store manager is hands on in everything and super friendly as well.

Travis excellent salesperson along with his boss and entire staff no issues the vehicle was exactly as they said it was let me test drive didn't rush me or anything show you my options on financing also help me out with returning a rental by sending additional staff members to drop it off with me so I wouldn't have to do it on my own really appreciate these guys I recommend to go to this dealership it's not a shady dealership like other Nissan dealerships!

I don’t know the name of the manager of the Service Dept., all I know is he always does a fabulous job whenever I bring my 2018 Nissan Rogue for service. He is always very nice, very well-informed and very efficient. I’m sure he gets lots of raises. May I suggest that when his next raise comes up, please give him the highest percentage raise of anyone at Ramsey Nissan. It is a pleasure doing business with him!

I have consistently had positive experiences when bringing my car in for service at Nissan. The staff is always friendly, and my vehicle performs noticeably better after repairs. However, this recent experience stood out as the best, all thanks to Sara, the service advisor! Sara went above and beyond and her commitment to honesty is evident in her work. Upon picking up my car, I expected it to be in good working condition, as always. What I did not anticipate was the substantial savings of over $1,000 on my service, courtesy of a warranty I knew I had when I purchased my car. However, I was not fully aware of the extent of coverage provided by this warranty and never knew it covered any major car parts! Sara, with her meticulous attention to detail, delved deep into the warranty's specifics, ultimately discovering that it covered the necessary repairs. Thanks to Sara, she saved me more than $1,000 and I did not end up paying a dime!
It's worth noting that no other service advisor has ever gone to the lengths that Sara did for my car during this visit. For all future services, even routine tasks such as an oil change, I am committed to booking my appointments through Sara. I have confidence that if any additional issues arise with my car during these visits, Sara will examine all avenues to help me save money or explore potential warranty coverage I wouldn’t be aware I had. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone seeking honesty and potential cost savings to schedule their service appointments with Sara because she’s truly the best! It was great. I had a few issues I needed resolved and they not only took care of them but checked other things I wasn’t thinking about. On top of that, they said it would take an hour and it only took 45 minutes. The wait room is also nice btw.

Great place to buy a car. No pressure and and we got a great deal. Travis was great to work with. To make it even more convenient, they even delivered the car to us, and we live 1 1/2 hours away. Highly recommend them.
