Always have a great experience here. But today was a great day. Brought a friend from work here and got her first perfume bottle today. And got myself something for my massive collection. We both got Estee Lauder perfumes. She got bronze Goddess. And applied for a credit card. Got approved and the process went so quick. Great staff!

Wonderful shopping and had great time... Good multi brand mall.. Worth a visit

Stopped here this week to pick up an outfit for a dinner coming up at work. I was helped by Roni in the men's department and she was super helpful and patient with me. She gave excellent suggestions and helped me pick everything out. This is not my first time here and it was about time I wrote this review after so many years coming to this store I never walk out disappointed.

Macy's has some good deals on shirts, pants, all clothes. These are overstock items, out of season items, athletic wear, but good value. Home goods too. All on bottom floor.

The Macy's in this Mall has a good selection and great prices on Teen gowns for prom and homecoming. The dresses are on the second level. This area has a dressing room with a comfortable bench so parents can sit while the person is in the fitting room trying on their gowns. This section has carpeting which is great... No cold floors. I love that it is in the corner of the store which allows you some privacy. They do have a clearance rack which also had numerous lovely gowns in all colors and sizes. Macy's always have sales and coupons to lower the price even more you can look it up online. The shoes are on the first level which also has a large clearance selection. In clearance we purchased a lovely rhinestone bow 3 inch heels for $15.00 regular price $100.00. The shoe did ring up at $35.00 luckily my child brought it to the attention of the cashier who gladly corrected the price... So pay attention when the cashiers are totalling your items. **No returns for the shoe clearance items... This location had a nice selection of jewelry, bags coats... Bedding, kitchen item you name it. There is plenty of parking. The lines are short and move really fast. There is plenty of handicap and regular parking and several entrances and exits. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Nice selection of clothes and shoes. Clearance section: You can find many good deals and nice variety.
Also, they have handbags, jewel ry ,accessories, and perfumes.

Love this place!!! But the empty racks have finally started to fill up again. Thank god!!!

I was at this Rockaway Macy's the other day to pick up some new clothes for my Dad. My mama passed away last year and she had always taken care of my Dad's needs. People started looking for budget options and this store fits the pocket for budget people.
You may or may not get what you're looking for however you may end buying something else 😁

Macy's was absolutely clean no waiting lines anything like that the staff was very nice and helpful. All the prices was marked and they have Fourth of July sales going on. You should go and see what they offer

This Macy's location has a good selection of dresses for both casual and dressy. The backstage is downstairs and has a huge selection of highly discounted items

I love popping by Macy’s for a quick holiday accessory. I got this adorable Sequent red jacket for a Christmas holiday party. They have a ton of adorable accessories. I bought a bag to because that is the new thing. $.10 totally worth it places well staffed for the holiday everything is nice and organized holiday music playing. They have everything here

I came to the Fragrance Dept to inquire about Bleu De Chanel for men and the associates/staff were extremely helpful to me. They knew all of the varying differences of parfum, eau de parfum and eau du toilette and their prices and helped me place an order for an item that, in the app, was said to be undeliverable to NY for some reason. Everyone was friendly to me and helped me make the best selection possible (parfum and a complimenting shower gel). Fragrance itself is awesome. The Macys also has its own larger parking lot and two floors in total.

Big parking lot. Nice big store. A lot of nice clothes and shoes. And the customer service lady was very nice, I picked up an order that I orders from the Macys in another location (Willobrook) and then exchanged it for another color, she was very friendly.

I want to give MARLENA “FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“ Because she always helps me to get the best Perfume she really does have great Taste 😌 though , she always nice to me, she’s very helpful, she’s very patient , she’s very professional, and very experienced. I wish Every Employees that work at Macy’s could be like MARLENA.

We went to this store just to take a look around and see what they had to offer as far as various items.
While there was a lack of sales help in the departments on tdepartments on the lower level we were able to manage to find ultimate manage to find help for us as well as some other customers and we were quite pleased with the service that we receive.

Looking good since renovations. Packed with merchandise and ready for Christmas. Lots of gift options on the floors. Continues to get better. Could use more checkouts.
