The staff at Mini of Ramsey are very welcoming. The salesman Terry Glattman went above and beyond, he made sure I comfortable with the car, the process and every decision there after. Plus the Sale Manager Mike Hostutler explained every detail, made sure I received a fair trade in value. This was a great experience and I would like to thank Mini of Ramsey.

Stopped in on a Saturday to have the service tech review my Mini JCW Tires i asked for an oil change also. The service tech was upfront and honest said he will squeeze me in. Can’t say enough of how courteous the service tech was in my request and got me out within an hour. Don’t want to guarantee they will do that all the time but since i purchased my Mini at Prestige i have had not one bad experience with either the salesman (Terry) or any of the service techs. Thanks again

Absolutely great service department and especially service advisor Dan Murphy. He’s competent and does what it takes to make it a great service experience. My 2012 Mini was in incredible hands and Dan made sure everything was handled well.

Ruby was awesome! We didn’t know what to expect walking into Mini of Ramsey, with the bright lights and nice fixtures it was intimidating. But Ruby our sales person was friendly, compassionate, and felt more like family when we left. Will rate the service today 10/10. JASON doing a great job of relaying our concerns to the service dept and explaining the process to be done to us. He assisted me to get the txt messaging on my iPhone so we can watch the video inspection of our car.The repair was done fast at an impressive time. It’s a job well done! Keep it up and you will never run out of clients like us.

Friendly staff greeted us upon entry. We had the pleasure of working with Jeremy Jones who assisted us in leasing a Countryman. The entire process was smooth and easy going. No stress to deal with and worked within our budget. Jeremy is a true gentleman in British fashion. So happy with the new mini and highly recommended Mr. Jones.

Great service! Courteous, professional and honest. These guys go and above and beyond. Even gave me a free replacement frame around my headlight. I would buy a mini at Ramsey mini even if I lived across the country just because of the great service!

Friendly and attentive people at all levels. Since we traveled far, our salesperson Bob was able to squeeze our car into detail on a busy day while we completed the paperwork. This was important because it meant not having to make a long return trip. It’s the small things that make a difference. They have a nice petite waiting area with drinks, snacks, and a TV. This dealership represented the brand well and we would recommend.

The salesman Greg was super easygoing, knowledgeable and up front about everything. Michelle in finance was great, no hidden fees in the details and a pleasure to deal with. Walked in just before noon and drove off the lot with everything completed by 4pm. Great service and a great experience.

From beginning to end my experience at Mini of Ramsey was perfect. My sales person Terry made buying a car fun, straightforward and actually enjoyable. This was my second Mini I bought from them. I love Mini Coopers, drive them for a long time, have most of the service done in Ramsey and when it was time for a new one, I didn’t hesitate to purchase it from this dealership. I can’t imagine buying a Mini anywhere else.

Recently bought a CPO MINI from a different MINI dealership. However that dealership didn’t do their job well from the beginning and I can’t trust them anymore. Brought it to Ramsey MINI, they spot the issue and fix it on the same day. Super friendly and nice ppl. Strongly recommend this dealership.

I have purchased a car from the same location twice and I will only come here moving forward. Everyone is extremely nice and accommodating. They are not looking to just sell you some thing —they genuinely take their time to help you. Ask for Alex she was amazing!
