It's always hard to brand switch but Rocky, my salesperson took his time and made car buying a great experience. I loved how my Mazda CX-5 drove and handled like a car. Rocky explained the benefits of owning a Mazda and safety features. I had to order my car and he kept me informed until delivery. I will make sure I tell all my friends about my new friend Rocky. Chris the delivery manager made sure I understood everything I need to connect and learn the control system. She is a beauty and I love driving her!

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had when repairing my car. There was absolutely no pressure for me to make any repairs. The people were respectful and kept me updated on what was happening with my car. They were even kind enough to give me a loaner car while my own car was being repaired. They need your credit card and insurance as basically they're giving you a rental for free. I was absolutely amazed at the ease of dealing with them. Thank you so much.

Victor is the best, I’ve dealt with him when buying/ leasing my wife’s car in October and just leased my car Saturday 12/9. He made it simple gave me a very competitive deal and helped me secure the car I ultimately wanted. The dealership was so busy but they managed to get me in and out a lot faster than any other dealer I’ve ever bought from. Lastly Chris the delivery coordinator helped me set up the infotainment system, sync the Mazda app to my phone and answered any questions I had about operating the technology.

Rocco was great to work with! Fast response, willing to make a deal over the phone which is much appreciated. I didn't have to step foot in the dealership aside from signing/picking up. I was in and out in 30 minutes. If you’re in Bergen county - don’t bother with Lodi. Ramsey is the best! The gentleman who went over the features was also great! Ramsey Mazda was recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience there. My lease was about to expire for my Ford (which I’ve had 4 of) and I decided to give Mazda a look while shopping around. Our salesman, Justin N., was extremely personable and understanding with my demands. I would highly recommend working with him. I purchased a CX5 and so far I am very impressed with the quality of the vehicle and the dealership as a whole throughout the whole process. This was probably my best experience ever at a dealership. Very attentive and friendly service. The service advisor was great. That said, I came in for regular scheduled maintenance, considering how busy they are, my car was done quickly. I’m wondering though, what it would be like for a serious repair. Sales and service are crazy busy, they do a lot of business here!

Extremely trustworthy and straightforward people. The number they give you is the number you pay. Rocky in particular was excellent. You get the sense he knows the business deeply and is advising you directly and honestly, and he really is. They threw a price out which seemed competative to us, but we still did a bunch of homework to make sure it's the lowest we could get, and it definitely was. Without question I'll be going back to work with them again next time.

Hands down, the best dealer we’ve ever been to!!

We just purchased at Ramsey Mazda a 2021 CX-9 with 19,000 miles (!!!) at an unmatchable price. This dealer has not only great inventory priced at unbeatable numbers but also, and more importantly, a superb team who cares about the customer more than we had ever seen! In a nutshell, stellar customer service, and unbeatable financing deal!

Rock, our sales rep, was extremely useful in providing the best options given our situation. From the get-go, he had a non-salesy approach that made us feel extremely comfortable and made us trust his judgment without second thoughts. Donovan, our finance rep, left “no stone unturned” to get us an amazing deal to stay within our budget, despite being upside down on our trade-in car.

From start to finish, the entire experience at Ramsey Mazda was enjoyable. I was greeted by the sales manager within seconds of walking through the front door. I then sat with Victor who took the time to listen to everything I was looking for in a car. He explained all the options available to me and even guided me towards the car he thought would best suit my needs. I was genuinely surprised at how willing they were to work with me on the monthly payments also. By the time I left the dealership, I had a brand new car that exceeded all of my expectations. And again, at a price far lower than I expected to pay. It's safe to say that Ramsey Mazda has just gained a new loyal customer for when the lease is up on the new car I just got.

Typically I avoid the dealerships due to a negative experience from the past.
However, this dealership in particular has been great to work with; professional, kind and truthful.

Marc in the services department took great care to my needs and was a true pleasure to have as my POC. He got my car in with the short turnaround window requested due to upcoming travels. I’ll happily go back to Marc for servicing, he is great.
