Purchasing a car is not normally an enjoyable experience. However, last week we went to Ramsey Infiniti and Sam Tehan (General Sales Manager) and Michael Willey (Salesperson), made it a far better experience. Both were incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and negotiated in good faith. We were in and out of the dealership in a little over an hour. When we picked up the car the next day, it was missing rubber mats. Sam said he would order for us and would call when they arrived. Very professional and great to deal with. We will definitely be back.
